Pros:

It was a good location, very accessible to the beach and main street. The sea view room was nice.

Cons:

The elevator was too slow and sometimes didn't work properly. The walls were not soundproof, and sometimes, it was a little noisy.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre était très spacieuse, la salle de bain très agréable et la terrasse permet de prendre l'air en regardant les immeubles le long de la plage.

Cons:

커플로 부산에 놀러가서 2박 이 호텔에서 지냈습니다. 조금 급하게 결정한 호텔이라서 사진만 대충보고 뷰가 좋아보여서 예약했는데 들어가보니 룸이 너무 낡고 관리가 전혀 안되어있었습니다. 고민하다가 프론트 데스크 직원에게 사진과 너무 다른데 다른방으로 바꿔줄수없냐고 요청했고 직원분이 방을 옆방으로 바꿔주셨습니다. 방을 바꿔주신거 감사하게 생각하고 친절한 부분이었다고 생각했지만.. 호텔의 단점을 말씀드리면,

1. 일단 위생상태가 심각했습니다. 침대 시트에서는 블리치 냄새가 너무 많이났고 밤에 가려운 느낌이 들었습니다. 정체모를 갈색가루가 자꾸 침대 시트로 떨어지는데 너무 찝찝햇습니다. 배게 시트의 색깔로 누렇게 변색 되어있었습니다.

2. 호텔에 식당과 빌딩을 쉐어해서 엘르베이터에는 생선냄새와 이곳저곳 공사를 빌딩안에서 진행해서 엘르베이터 탈때 늘 불편했습니다.

3. 방안에 모기기 있었습니다. 대체 어디로 들어오는건지 알수없었습니다.

4. 화장실은 충격 그 자체였습니다. 샤워헤드가 고정이 안되서 샤워헤드를 들고 샤워를 해야만 했습니다. 수돗꼭지에 청소안한 물때가 껴져있었습니다.

5. 바닥 카펫에 정체모를 얼룩이 덕지 덕지 있었습니다.

6. 벽에도 얼룩이 상당했고, 페이트칠이 시급해 보였습니다.

7. 호텔 전화기밑에는 이미 오래된 녹슨자국이 있었습니다.

장점
1. 직원분이 방을 바꿔주는 노력을 해주셔서 감사하게 생각합니다.

2. 뷰는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 하지만 즐길수 없는 청결 상태였습니다.

We stayed at this hotel in Busan as a couple for two nights. We booked it rather quickly because the photos made the view look nice, but once we entered the room, it was old, poorly maintained, and completely different from the pictures. After thinking it over, we asked the front desk if we could switch to another room because the room looked nothing like the photos, and the staff kindly moved us to the room next door. I appreciate their effort and kindness, but…

Cons

1. The cleanliness was seriously problematic.
The bed sheets had a very strong bleach smell, and I felt itchy during the night. The sheets also had black stains. Unsure if it was mold, but unsettling nonetheless.

2. There was some kind of mysterious brown powder falling onto the sheets, which was extremely uncomfortable.

3. The pillowcases were also yellowed and discolored. Two of the pillows had a musky smell.

4. The hotel shares the building with a restaurant, so the elevator always smelled like fish.

5. There also seemed to be construction happening throughout the building, making it uncomfortable whenever we used the elevator. Whole floors were being demolished, and made the building dusty especially because the HVAC was shared.
