נקי, נח ונעים. פחות ממליצה כאמור על ארוחת הבוקר

מיקום מצוין, נקי ואווירה טובה. היו אדיבים ששמרו על המזוודות גם אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט

קצת צרם ששילמנו תוספת על ארוחת בוקר ואז כשראיתי שמה שהגישו לא לטעמי וביקשתי להחליף בעוגיה רצו לקחת לי תוספת תשלום. לא דרמטי אבל נתן תחושה קטנונית

A convenient and practical accommodation at the heart of Nagoya
Pros:

Check in process was very smooth, and the room, while quite compact, was not as narrow as I thought it would be. For one person, the space was just enough, especially given its rather central location. There is a convenience store nearby. Getting everywhere I wanted (Nagoya Castle, Osu, Sakae, and Shike-michi Townscape Preservation District) was easily done on foot. Nagoya Station is also quite near (around 10-15 minutes walk), and there's a metro/subway station nearby if you need it.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in einer für japanische Großstädte ruhigen Lage
Pros:

Ausgefallenes Design, die Bücher schaffen eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park, das macht es ruhig in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ok, mit einem Getränk, dabei etwas reduzierte Auswahl. Und 2 kleinen Burgern, die aber sehr schnell aus sind, sogar wenn man früh dran ist mit frühstücken. Ansonsten kein Frühstücksangebot.

Loved it!
Pros:

Such a cool little find in the middle of town. Coffee bar at reception is a great value add for a quick boost when you wake up and you don't necessarily want to eat breakfast. Easy to get here from the main train station (yellow subway line and about 2 stops) and its in the centre of town so great places to shop and eat. Science museum close by is walkable distance and worth a visit.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, zeker voor Japanse begrippen. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel ligt ook makkelijk vanuit de metro, zeker als je de koffer zelf meeneemt is het niet te ver. Etensstraat vlakbij, keuze genoeg.

A very good hotel with an excellent location close to both the business and cultural center of the city and within easy reach of the station.
The room felt relatively spacious and was well designed. The bathroom is European rather than typically Japanese in style, with a proper separate shower cabin. It is compact, but very practical and comfortable to use. The lighting in the room deserves a special mention: it is unusually well thought out. There is also a very comfortable armchair with a footrest.
The room was generally quiet. We could occasionally hear the neighbors, but not enough for it to become a real problem.

Cons:

There was, however, one rather strange detail. At check-in, we received a voucher for two complimentary drinks at the hotel cafe. Naturally, we assumed we could use it in the morning for coffee. When we went there, however, we were told that the voucher was only valid from 3 p.m., despite the cafe itself being open 24 hours.
This seems like a rather poorly designed benefit. Coffee is exactly the kind of drink most guests would want in the morning, while many people deliberately avoid caffeine later in the afternoon. Allowing the voucher to be used from breakfast time would make considerably more sense.
Apart from this odd policy, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The location is excellent, the room is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and overall it was a pleasant stay

The room was well situated. Perfect for us. We loved the books, too.
Pros:

Great location. Ate at the cafe twice. It was nice, and served great coffee.

Cons:

We wish the room was just a bit larger. But we would only come to Lamp Light Books Hotel if we return to Nagoya.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait et le concept livre café... Merveilleux. C'est ce qui m'a fait choisir cet hôtel.
Il y a de quoi laver votre linge ce qui est un plus et un accès café et livres 24h/24.
La gare de nagoya est assez facilement accessible à pied et très rapidement en métro.

Cons:

J'ai très mal dormi. Les stores n'occultent rien et pour quelqu'un comme moi qui a le sommeil léger c'était compliqué, même un masque de nuit. De plus la chambre chauffe très vite le matin.
La chambre étant petite ça devenait vite étouffant.
