Pros:

the staff friendly and good.

Cons:

the room smell and the door hard to unlock form inside. the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, still had a strands hair and used shampoo container in the room.

1. Staf yg jarang berada di kaunter..perlu call nombor yg di letakn di kaunter..di sebabkan tiada staff yg standby di kaunter .apabila saya nk check in..perlu menunggu org lain yg ada Card baru masuk..alasan tiada di kaunter adalah busy.
