Clean. Close to train station
Pros:

Clean, close to the train station and bus station to the airport. Small hotel vibe. Far from tourist spots which can be a good thing. Small room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avani during the Venice Carnival. The buffet breakfast spread was generous, and we enjoyed selecting and making our own fruit/vegetable juice daily! We chose the location because of its proximity to the parking garages (7-8 minute walk), but the location is further from St Mark's square (20 mins walk) and the rest of the city..

Wundeeschöner Aufenthalt in Venedig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und äusserst sauber, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Sie liegt ideal, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Schiffsanlegestelle. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem sehr gute Restaurants. Insgesamt ist es ein Top-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig.
