Wspaniała obsługa, pyszne śniadania i rewelacyjna lokalizacja! Wszystko było doskonałe. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana z recepcji, który z ogromną życzliwością i zaangażowaniem pomógł mi, gdy linie lotnicze zgubiły mój bagaż tuż przed maratonem w Wenecji. Dzwonił w moim imieniu na lotnisko w tej stresującej dla mnie sytuacji. Taka pomoc jest bezcenna! Dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt i z całego serca polecam ten hotel! Jeszcze tu wrócę.

Very modern and welcoming hotel. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of fresh food. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel situated in a quiet area of Venice 10 min away from the train station.

Pros:

Eğer Venedik konaklamanızda eski tarz dekore edilmiş oteller yerine daha modern ve temiz bir yer arıyorsanız burası çok güzel bir seçenek. Otelin konumu tren istasyonuna yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dk. Bu da elde bavul vaporetto ile şehir merkezine ulaşma stresinden sizi kurtarıyor. Ayrıca havalimanına ulaşım sağlayan havalimanı otobüsleri otele sadece 6-7 dk yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor. Yani havalimanına gidip gelmek de kolay. Odalar temiz ve modern. Tesis içi hizmetler güzel. Kahvatlısı Türk damak tadı için uygun. Otelden yürüyerek direkt Venedik içine ulaşabilirsiniz ya da yakın konumdaki su taksileri ya da vaporetto duraklarını da kullanabilirsiniz.

Cons:

Konaklama yaptığım dönemde şehrin genel olarak fiyatları yüksekti. Bu yüzden fiyat/performans oranı biraz düşük kaldı. Belki farklı sezonlarda daha makul fiyatlı konaklama sunuyor olabilirler.

Das instalações, da qualidade do enxoval e do café da manhã

Cons:

Da falta de reposição dos alimentos e bebidas no café da manhã. Se chegássemos mais tarde muita coisa já estava faltando. Além disso, a demora em limpar as mesas depois que um hóspede terminava o seu café.

We needed to switch to a room with a walk in shower due to my knee issues and even with a full hotel they were able to make that happen.

Cons:

Pros:

日本人です。
３泊利用で滞在しましたが、とにかく快適でした。
海外ホテル初体験なので比較はできませんが、
まるで日本のホテルに泊まるような感覚で心地よく滞在できました。

・スタッフ😁
ハネムーンで訪れることを伝えていた所、嬉しいサプライズも用意してくれました。
また、ホテルスタッフの対応も和かで気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェのスタッフさんは特に対応が良かったです。

・ドライヤー😁
素晴らしかったです。同じものを日本で使いたくて検索するくらいよかったです。（日本の一般家庭では使用不可能でした）

・電源😁
ベッド脇2箇所テーブル1箇所と、複数のUSB_Aポート（1.1A）が用意されており、電源変換器などを持っていなくても困ることがない点も嬉しく思いました。

・ベッド😁
寝心地抜群でした。3日間毎日8時間ほどぐっすり眠れました。

・シャワー
水量が弱かったです。
（ただし水質は良く、髪の状態はよかったです）
