A wonderful welcome, super friendly, charming and clean.
Pros:

It has quirky charm and super friendly staff.

Cons:

We were only there for one night as we driving through France enroute to Spain. Wish we had booked at least 2 nights.

Pros:

Piscine troglodyte et sauna. Joli site. Belle et grande chambre. Linge de toilette très douillet. Bon couchage. WC séparé de la salle d'eau. Belle grande douche. Miroir anti buée.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner simpliste. WC très exiguë et Chasse d'eau peu commode. Lavabo à l'ancienne peu pratique. Pas possible d'avoir le noir dans la chambre (miroir éclairé).

Étape magnifique sur notre trajet de voyage, je recommande à tous

Le cadre, la chambre

Cons:

Je croyais avoir réservé une chambre « troglodyte » et non c’était une très belle chambre mais…. Pas dans la roche
Notre chambre la 7 etait magnifique mais quand on s’attend a une nuit plus « particulière «  pour profiter a fond de ce site exceptionnel !!! On est un peu déçu quand même

Super séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel de diversité et de beauté.
Pros:

Une équipe dévouée pour un lieu d'exception. Pour des gens qui ne sont pas du coin et donc habitués aux installations troglodytiques c'est un endroit à voir absolument.
Les horaires des différents services (piscine, bar) sont vraiment étendus et l'équipe est vraiment à notre écoute, pleine de bons conseils pour des visites ou des lieux de restauration.
La proximité et l'accès au domaine viticole troglodytique voisin.

Cons:

Un point un peu "faible" a été le réseau notamment WiFi.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Endroit sublime perché au milieu du tuffeau.
La piscine est très originale et le sauna est parfait après une journée de vélo.
Vous serez accueilli par Monsieur Bouh, petit bouledogue charmant.
Tout le monde est très gentil.
La chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient impeccables.
Un grand merci pour l’éclat de Loire.

We would go back if aircon was fitted- Closed Windows= No Mosquitoes!
Pros:

Location was most excellent with half the hotel being Troglodyte!! including an amazing swimming pool in the cliffs! Good sauna too!
View towards the Loire was brilliant and an amazing thunderstorm to watch at bedtime over the French Single Malt Whisky!
Breakfast was top rate and most enjoyable

Cons:

Mosquitoes!! Car parking was a bit lacking- not sure how many spaces were supposed to be available- but we worked it out. No aircon, bedside plugs/ sockets didnt work.

Great buffet style breakfast eaten on a terrace with a view. Great eclectic mix of slightly boho furniture. But the cave rooms and amazing cave swimming pool are total highlight.
