Highly recommended, would love to go back to explore even more of the area.
Pros:

Marvellous location overlooking the town and out to sea. We were upgraded to a suite with far more room than we needed! Very comfortable large bed. Bathroom grout needed some care but overall very clean. Excellent water pressure in shower. We enjoyed local fish at dinner - good and convenient after a long day sightseeing - and a generous, typical spread at breakfast. We did not have time to explore the pool and spa facilities. Staff was quick and professional at checkin/checkout. Would recommend and only wish we could have stayed a 2nd night in this breathtakingly scenic area of the Island.

superb stay in Nordeste
Pros:

location, with ample parking space.
clean comfortable rooms
the place looks better in person than in photos
great breakfast, there was eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, and a nice variety of breads and pastries (including exceptionally good bolo levodos), coffee and tea.
unlimited bottled mineral water (not the one from the minibar).
exterior pool, interior heated spa pool, sauna, etc. great facilities

Cons:

there wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like.
our room did not have a balcony but we didn't mind, because there were plenty of options to enjoy the outdoors at the hotel, like lounging by the pool.
the only reason why it doesn't get a 10 is because I would only grant a 10 in exceptional circumstances, but I would definitely return to this place.

Nice place. Weird rules, weird staff.
Pros:

Very nice place. Great breakfast. Rooms are immaculate. Staff are a bit tweak out. But cool spot eh.

Cons:

Apparently if you have hair, you can't go in the pool. You need a bathing cap. Bit ridiculous at $300 a night.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im The Lince Nordeste sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gut. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Osten von São Miguel zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es hat alles gepasst. Dass man im Pool eine Badehaube aufsetzen muss, hat uns verwundert.

Très jolie piscine et vue. Logement familial très spacieux et équipé.
Le personnel du restaurant est très sympa !

Cons:

Ne prenez pas de massage ! Nous avons réservé 2 massages et chacun d eux a été raccourci de 10 minutes. Malgré avoir signalé ceci à la masseuse, elle m a contredite. Et je me suis plainte à la réception que ça faisait un peu cher pour des massages si courts mais aucun geste commercial n a été fait ou aucun remboursement partiel …

Nicely located in a hilly street with view to the town. Breakfast is very complete and with an open, comfortable room. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

It does need a big refurbishment as it feels a bit outdated. Price-quality ratio is a little bit below for what you normally get in Azores for that same price.

Perfect quiet and relaxing hotel for a stay in the Nordeste part of São Miguel
Pros:

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet hotel in the northeast part of the island. Enjoyable outdoor and indoor pools, as well as sauna and hammam. Breakfast was very good, staff always reachable and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, das Zimmer grundsätzlich schön, wenn auch der Teppich bessere Tage gesehen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hat eine tolle Aussicht. Man hat uns aufgrund unserer Flitterwochen extra Sekt und Herzen auf das Zimmer gelegt.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht entsprechend.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen. Als jemand der gerne Kaffee trinkt muss ich sagen, dass dieser eine Katastrophe war. Es gab (vermute ich) Instant-Kaffee und dieser schmeckte teilweise sogar verbrannt.

Das Abendessen war wirklich durchwachsen. Es gibt teilweise gute Gerichte. Aber es war mehr eine Qual vier Tage in Folge dort Essen zu gehen.

Die Poolanlage ist etwas schmuddelig und die Tatsache dass man Badekappen tragen muss (anscheinend aus hygienischen Gründen) hat dafür gesorgt dass wir den Pool einfach gar nicht genutzt haben.

Pros:

Hotel situat en un poble amb encant. Esmorzar i sopar bons.

Cons:

Lentitud a l’hora de netejar les habitacions. Ens van dir que tenen temps fins a les 17.30h i gairebé cap dia estava feta abans de les 16.30h. No m’havia trobat mai que més tard de les 15h no pugués tornar a la meva habitació perquè encara no estava neta. I parlem d’un hotel de poques habitacions.
