Conveniently situated in the middle of town; recently renovated. Rooms were comfortable and aircon was great. Staff were wonderful - friendly, and always helpful, it’s obviously a happy well run establishment. We were a family skiing and they had all the equipment to rent and free shuttle service to the ski resort 10 minutes away.
There was nothing we didn’t like. All round five star experience.

Modern comfortable clean hotel with amazing staff. What a jewel.
Breakfast was a bit weak. But staff was very accommodating.
The room was very beautiful, very clean and well decorated I loved my stay there

Yarım pansiyon yazıyor olmasına aldanmayın otele gittiğinizde kayak sezonu başlamamışsa sadece kahvaltı veriyorlar. Ekstra ödeme yaparak da yiyebileceğiniz hiçbirşey olmuyor restoran kapalı oluyor ki etrafta da pek şeçenek yok yemek için. Kayak merkezine servis de sezon açılmamışsa olmuyor aynı şekilde ama bu konuda da otele gitmeden bir bilginiz olmuyor. Dahası dışarda kar yağarken bile otelde çok müşteri yoksa odanın kaloriferini giriş yapmadan açmıyorlar dolayısıyla saatlerce odanın ısınmasını bekliyorsunuz. Çarşaflar falan da öyle tertemiz kokmuyor ne kadar temiz allah bilir. Ayrıca otel yeni olmasına rağmen badana boya ihtiyacı var odaların. Misafir memnuniyeti pek umurlarında değil sanırım öyle güleryüz ilgi alaka da beklemeyin.
