Pros:

トラブルの対応が迅速であった

Cons:

コインランドリーの使用が終了したまま放置されているのをどうにかして欲しい。
いつまでも使用出来ない。

よく眠れました。
Pros:

錦糸町駅から近く、便利だった。
枕が、ビジネスホテルによくある両面で硬さの違う(でも結局硬い)枕でなく、柔らかいものと少し硬めの枕の二つが用意されていてよかった！！

Pros:

駅近で綺麗で適度な広さだった。

Cons:

2階に飲み物の自動販売機があると言うので、お水を買おうとボタンを押したのに交通系ICカードしか選択できず他の電子マネーやQRコード決済が出来なかったです。キャッシュレスホテルと言うなら、決済方法を多数選択できるようにして欲しいです。

駅近で東京駅へのアクセスも良好
Pros:

チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズで、スタッフの皆さんも感じ良かったです。
最近は館内全面禁煙のホテルも増える中、こちらはロビーに喫煙室があって、愛煙家の夫は喜んでました。

朝食がやや貧弱かと
