Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, large, and well furnished. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was clean. It was a very comfortable stay!

Too many issues with room rates that are too high for the experience

Very disappointed in our experience at this hotel. We had a studio suite and the first night we had to flush a roach down the toilet. Quiet time is supposed to be 10p to 6a but we were kept awake by loud noise from people partying outside just below our room not to mention the loud people in rooms next to and above our room for the 2 nights we spent. Then there was the fact that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the showers trapped steam in the room. No wonder the baseboard in the bathroom was rotting off the wall. There was an open vent in the bathroom and in the kitchenette area that we could hear conversation from other guests rooms. On a good note, the complimentary breakfast was good with several choices and all staff we interacted with was kind. It amazed me that when we voiced our displeasure with the concerns I wrote here that there was NO offer to give our room rate a discount of any kind. We spent alot of money that was not at all reflective of what a guest can expect. Use the outlandish nightly rates and fix all these problems!

Even though we did not use it, it was nice having a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to where we needed to travel during our stay. Staff were all very nice.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was better than many with mini quiches that were really delicious. I do wish they had a waffle machine too. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful.

Right from the check-in it was a great experience, the lady checking the skin was absolutely friendly as can be firstly. Secondly this particular hotel is very clean in the surrounding area is really nice as well.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel the hotel is conveniently located off the interstate with close access to restaurants and Publix. Check-in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and the fitness center was decent. The breakfast was decent.
