This hotel was so great! Amazing atmosphere and very clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help, especially Isabel and Felipe at the front desk!

Terrible customer service and dirty room.
Check-in: I was told the king 1 bedroom I booked months ago was full. I specifically booked this room type because I was told it was on the quieter bayside. Got stuck with a queen which was overlooking the bar/club outside which is crazy loud all night. We got moved to a studio for 1 night since it was more quiet. Moving rooms with a toddler and all of our stuff was a huge inconvenience but we were refunded $50 for the price difference of the room.
Cleanliness: upon moving into our new king room the next day, my toddler found an open glass gallon bottle of vodka on the floor. Management comped our parking costs. The furniture in the room was filthy and stained. In need of deep cleaning.
We have stayed in several Residence Inns, this was the worst experience. And not once did anyone apologize. Better off looking anywhere else.

Loved the combination of the bedroom and kitchenette. The location was very central to all we did. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel completely ruined by the bar next door. Blasting a concert till midnight, then DJ party after that. None of us could sleep. I went down to the front desk to ask for a different room, but none are available. If you want to be able to sleep at all, don’t stay here.

Laila, the valet attendant, was fantastic. She was quick, attentive, and always willing to help. Solid customer service, 5 stars for sure!

We had a great experience staying at the Residence Inn in Clearwater Beach. The location was great, and the staff was superb. We were there during a very hectic time of year, and the workers were excellent. They were attentive, proactive and great to deal with. The room was in great shape, and we had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony. The pool was very active, but the staff made it feel orderly and under control. We also had very nice experiences with the looby bar, the breakfast, as well as the fitness center. All were in great shape and super useful. For a vacation in Clearwater Beach, I would recommend this hotel as a solid and more affordable option than some of other oceanfront options that may be twice as expensive for a stay.

The hotel was clean, and the valet staff were excellent. However, if you have an oceanfront room, don’t expect to fall asleep before midnight. A live band at Coco’s plays directly outside the windows, and the noise is extremely loud.

This is something the hotel should clearly disclose on their website during booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel.

We ended up lying in bed with pillows over our ears, struggling to fall asleep. Overall, it made for a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The bfast was great and the hotel was clean
