A fantastic location, but unfortunately let down by poor room maintenance
Pros:

The location is very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to downtown and local restaurants. The breakfast provided was decent.

Cons:

The stove is quite small, and the exhaust fan was broken. Management never fixed it because they lacked a replacement in their inventory, which forced me to sleep with cooking fumes in the room since there was no window or balcony. Additionally, there are no USB-C charging ports. Since I only had a cable, I messaged management to ask for an adapter plug but received no reply. When I asked the front desk, they were unable to help and simply told me to go buy one at a nearby store. Room furniture needs an upgrade, specially the sofabed, it was not comfy and with rigid mattress

It was overall good
Pros:

The closeness to the beach, the option of having a kitchen.

Cons:

The shower leaked and the sofa sleeper was very dirty. They offer valet parking and upon receiving my vehicle it smelled of smoke and cigarettes.

The room we was in was on the side of the bar next door, couldn’t get no sleep from the music, music didn’t stop till after 1am they should inform guests of this,also the pool was closed

Room location TERRIBLE
Pros:

The room was nice. Location was terrible as far as nighttime. If you book, make sure to ask to be as far away from Cocos Crush Bar as you can. The music is so loud and doesn’t stop until after midnight. You WILL NOT sleep. These rooms should be dirt cheap or at least give a warning.

Grey place to stay
Pros:

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary. This hotel was excellent . The location was perfect . Walking distance to everything. Very clean and bed was very comfortable The breakfast was great too ! The front desk staff Isabel and Felipe were fantastic!! So friendly and will do everything to make your stay great! Definitely will go back ! Can’t wait.
