1.房間水龍頭出來的水是黃色的
2.房間的空調一下開啟，一下又安靜，晚上無法入睡
3.供應早餐餐廳管理不好，地上弄髒了沒人打掃，客人用餐後桌面的清潔有待加強

較新的酒店，能保持集團的標準要求，
Pros:

已多次入住不同城市的 Courtyard. 大多可保持集團的標準要求，此酒店在長沙較靜的住宅區，地點雖不在主要游客區，打的也只需10分鐘車程到黃興路，酒店裝修設計較新新，早餐食物也足夠，只是大部份食物都不夠熱的。

落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル
Pros:

出張で利用。とてもキレイで立派なホテルです。部屋の雰囲気はシックで落ち着いた感じで気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋の種類によるのでしょうが、自分の部屋はバスタブ無し、シャワーのみでした。朝食も美味しいです。周辺は賑やかではなくお店もあまり無いですが、裏手に行けばローカルな食堂が少しあります。ホテルについては申し分なく、また泊まりたくなる様なところです。
