The room was clean and comfortable space for two people. The grounds are attractively kept.

We chose this place partially due to having a pool, bit it was as green as the Lincoln Reflecting pool and unable to be used. Suggesting that guests drive to a Holiday Inn a few mikes away is aridiculous solution! One elevator was totally out of order, and the only other one was temporarily not working while trying g to deal with luggage. We thought there weren't many dishes, but they were all in tbe dishwasher. The only trash can was in the bathroom; oddly none in the kitchen area. The dispensers for shampoo, etc are brken off the wall, and no body wash to refill available when asked.

Great location with friendly staff and full size kitchen
Pros:

Love full kitchen, large bath and separate sitting room. Pleasant helpful staff. 2 thermostats in room.

Cons:

Keys didnt work 2nd day. Mold around edges of shower and sink. TV on dresser in bedroom too low to see if lying in bed. Hard to close blackout drapes completely.

I booked via booking.com the same day but it seems that the hotel was full in book , and my room had been not given to me . The reception told me to call Booking to be refund , and they can approve . Nothing since 2 weeks !!! She was supposed to talk. To manager , nothing since
