Would have enjoyed more if able to use the balcony that I'd requested and paid for!
Pros:

Love the location, this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. 1st stay AC in room was not working but we were able to change room and problem resolved. I was disappointed because 1st stay didn't have a balcony. This time I made sure I booked a room with a balcony! Unfortunately the balcony door was so difficult to open i thought I was going to throw my back out, after several attempts my husband managed to open it just enough to squeeze out to enjoy the outside and breeze, each day I went to reception and asked if someone could take a look and they would write it in the book but everyday it remained the same. Such a shame because we really do love the location but plenty of other locations close by to try. Coffee awesome that is available at breakfast and breakfast ok but choice of protein for 2 of our days were Canadian bacon and some other sausage... definitely not breakfast sausage. Ordered food from the bar one afternoon, the wings ok but the other food really not that good.

Cons:

Morning we were leaving water shut off with no warning... not sure what the issue was as no communication. Not sure if balcony door was ever looked at as other than me going to reception and requesting that maintenance check it and the reception person writing in a book every day. .. no other communication.

Great hotel!! Clean, comfortable and amazing location. Felipe at front desk was amazing. Very helpful and super friendly, made us feel like we were actual friends. Loved him.

Best bar service!
Pros:

Amazing experience again! Love the pool and the location of this hotel! Zach was the bartender again at the hotel bar and remembered us! Super friendly and made the trip even better! Thanks Zach for making our girls trip a fun time! Until next time!
