We booked it a week earlier and went there it was sold out

We got there eager to check in for our beautiful trip, and there weren’t any luggage carts which was a rough start. Then this wonderful staff member Michael assisted us and helped us get our bags to the room. He made sure we were well taken care of and were ready to start our trip!

Rodrigo and Jose have been so amazing during our stay. We walked in from the heat and they welcomed us like we are family! My husband made a mistake and didn’t book us the full time we are here and they are working so hard to find us room so we don’t have to go 6 miles down the beach!

I would like to start with giving Lisveth (Liz) Estrada, a huge shout out!! Our daughter was married in Clearwater Beach, my family and friends, stayed at the residence inn. We held an event the night before the wedding, which Liz helped me coordinate as I was coming from out of state. Our event was a huge success. Would also like to say we appreciated the front desk people, the housekeeping staff, and the valets, always looking happy, saying hello, good morning, have a good day, with a smile. The staff was willing to help in anyway asked. Thank you. We had a good experience.
The rooms and common areas or well taken care of kept clean. It was nice to be able to walk into the hotel where it was clean.

An issue that we encountered, was the smell of marijuana in the rooms which was immediately taken care of. Some of the rooms felt damp. The air-conditioning in each room quite noisy. That is something that Marriott corporation needs to take care of not the people who are working, they are doing their best with what they’re given.

Again, I would like to say that the hotel Staff, specially, Lisveth (Liz) Estrada, were helpful, made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Thank you!! 😊

This hotel is a good location. I was impressed with Laila at the valet, both checking in and out. She ran up the ramp to get my car! Super sweet, polite and happy! We will return.

I had an amazing stay from start to finish! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
A special shoutout to Laila, the valet attendant, who truly made a lasting impression. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made coming and going so easy and enjoyable. She genuinely went above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay so memorable—I can't wait to come back!

The highlight of my trip was Michael from valet! His high energy and friendly personality really made my experience better!!!

Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel room bathrooms were very nice.

It was amazing experience. Nice and clean place . Have a friendly staff and shout to valet lady (Laila) did a wonderful job . Will come back again.

Laila was a joy to talk with and went out of her way to give us pointers as to what to see in the area. She was courteous and very prompt with getting our car.

I came for a short business trip and stayed for the weekend. The hotel was nice and clean. That's all I ask for. Valet was a smooth experience, shout-out to Laila.

The hotel was clean and in good condition. We really appreciated the free breakfast, the ladies in there were so nice. Valet staff were very speedy! Laila was always in a good mood and happy to see us! 😇
