It’s not somewhere I would choose to stay again but there was nothing wrong with it. It was a fine place to stay for the

It was hosting the marble show we were attending. There were places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There was no complimentary breakfast and for the price of the stay, I would have expected that. We stayed there because of the marble show, but I’d have wanted to be closer to downtown otherwise.

Missing item from the room
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for around a week, there were a lot of aspects that were subpar, but none of it bothered me until on the last day I realized I could not find my childhood stuffed animal. I calmly asked the front desk if they knew anything about it and they said no. I never took it out of the room and searched for it thoroughly with my family. I thought maybe it was a mistake and asked if housekeeping had accidentally grabbed it when they changed the sheets (which only happens every other day btw) and was pretty much dismissed. They did not even look like they were going to make an effort to look for it, which was very upsetting. I even left my phone number at the front desk and called a few days later and it was obvious that they had made little effort to solve this issue. At the end of the day, this wasn’t something with a lot of monetary value, but it held a lot of sentimental value to me, and is irreplaceable. I do not believe things should ever go missing from your room when you are paying to stay at a hotel, and if a mistake happened the least they could have done was provide better service and attention.

No customer service, room was dirty and nasty. Outlets didn't work. Tub had no grip. Hair in the bathroom on the towels. Towels weren't exchanged to clean ones.

Very clean, great location and staff professional and efficient.

Cons:

The indoor pool was out of order, one of the biggest reasons I booked this hotel over another. Wish that this was listed upfront that the pool was out of order.
