Very clean, excellent staff, great location and very th nice breakfast included and perfect for a night..
Pros:

Brand new renovations… felt clean and the kitchen was exceptional, conveniently stocked and loved the full sized refrigerator.

Cons:

Had a suite of other 2 queen beds and couch bed but no division or privacy between the couch bed and 2 queens.. would have preferred some division between the 2 spaces. Also, the floors and walks were not sound proof.

Pleasant, minus the unsecure parking lot incident.
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Wish they had more security in the parking lot. There was a young man who kept hanging out by random vehicles and he took off twice when car alarms were reset. I would have slept better if there was either a camera, gate or guard.

Cons:

Upon checkin, we were told that cookies were available 24×7. We didn't have a single cookie as they were all out and were never replenished even after inquiring about them at the reception desk. Don't make statements that you can't keep.

Nice Respite in a Busy Town.
Pros:

This is a mega-hotel right in the middle of town. I expected not to like it. But I DID like it. It's quite modern. Food is acceptable. But many restaurants only a two minute walk away. You're on a busy city street, but noise insulation was plenty adequate. If I go back to Flagstaff I'll stay here again.

Incredible staff, great location & amenities
Pros:

My second year spending most of July at this hotel. The staff is incredible here. They really want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. From the maintenance team to the front desk, everyone I have encountered has exuded the Marriott way. I stayed in a king suite with full kitchen. It is so nice to have the ability to cook some meals rather than eating out every night. The location is right out the front door to the park and its events like the farmers market and art in the park. Hot breakfast every morning. Cookies in the afternoon. Great place to stay.
