Good downtown hotel
Pros:

This is a solid hotel, but showing its age a bit. Rooms are large, comfortable and well-laid out. Good little kitchen and two work places. Nice glass walk-in shower. All in all quite comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre at best and are room seemed to be miles from the elevator. It is however, right downtown Flagstaff with great restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep.

Pros:

I liked how the staff was nice to everyone that walked into the location. After we checked in they asked if we needed anything or had any questions. The breakfast was 10/10 food was fresh and the kitchen staff was a big help. When I need to stay in flagstaff this is the location I will only need staying at.

The dark parking lot.

Great central location for Norther Arizona travel!

This was the most rundown room I have ever paid nearly $400 for. The photos of the hotel are like a bait and switch. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy - we just needed a place to stay before our flight in the morning, but I was surprised by how rundown it was. Dings, gashes, missing paint on every surface, flimsy blankets on the beds, dirt on the walls and ceiling around the air vents, no grout between the tiles in the shower, faucet coming loose from the sink, incredibly harsh lighting. Dig and dust in corners. I wouldn’t blame the housekeeping staff - I’m sure they do the best they can - the place is just falling apart! Beyond the room, there were places on the ceiling where large sections of paint were peeling off the ceiling (looks like it was leaking). The pool was freezing cold, and upon check-in the make you check a box that says you acknowledge you’re in the entertainment district and it may be noisy at night (something that seems important to flag BEFORE a guest makes a reservation.
