Pros:

Sängar och kuddarna var bra. Fick ett rum för två vuxna och ett barn som var så litet att vi inte kunde röra oss. Vi fick byta till ett jättebra rum.
Tysta rum det hörs inget från grannrummen. Enkel men bra frukost.

Et godt og velfungerende overnatningshotel
Pros:

Egentlig et godt sted at tage en overnatning når man er på gennemrejse i Hamborg

Cons:

Lidt besvær med at få parkeret cyklerne, men det fungerede

Pros:

The staff was fantastic, especially the bar lady. I had medicine with me that I needed to store in a fridge and they helped me out as well. We received complimentary drinks and in general people were super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was not great. There is hand/body/hair soap under shower which isn't very 4 stars of them. I don't tend to expect conditioners in 4 star hotel, but I do expect a separate shampoo. Plus it was loud, the tap didn't work properly and the water pressure under the shower was rather mediocre.

Alles gut. Freundliches Personal, top Frühstück. Sehr hilfsbereit, gute Lage

Cons:

Möbilar ist etwas in den Jahren gekommen, aber alles andere macht es wieder gut.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Freundlichkeit, Super Frühstück in sher angenehmer Umgebung, sehr gepflegte Zimmer, Super Betten, Trotz Nähe zur Straße sehr ruhig. Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Top Preis Leistung!

Pros:

Check-in war schon vormittags möglich, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend - Frühstück sehr gut - die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Außenalster ist sehr komfortabel.
