Schönes Hotel im Herzn Hamburgs.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich egal ob Rezeption beim Frühstück oder das Reinigungsersonal. Auswahl war beim Frühstück ausreichend und frisch, sowie von guter Qualität. Betten/Matratze bequem Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Frühstücken in "wintergarten" mit Retro-Flair

Leider hat unser Zimmer etwas muffig gerochen. Das war aber schon alles

Es ist immer wieder schön hier zu wohnen
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und das Hotel in der Ausstattung mit dem sehr freundlichen, kompetenten und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, das buchen wir immer gerne dazu. Die Bar ist gemütlich und ein Treffpunkt am Abend, wenn wir des nachts zurück kommen

Cons:

Begehbare Duschen wären besser. Doch die Vorteile überwiegen und wir kommen gerne wieder

Nice hotel with an "old-school" wibe in easy walking distance to the main station
Pros:

I hade a very nice stay here. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet.
The breakfast buffet was filling and there was plenty of food available.
The location is in easy walking distance from the main station and thus in good connection to all sites in Hamburg via public transport.
The interior, while having an old-school style of a 80-90s hotel, was kept in a good shape and was very pleasant.
The en-suite bathroom was in a good state.
Luggage storage was provided free of charge.

Absolute Empfehlung für Kurztrips nach Hamburg!
Pros:

Kleines feines Hotel im Herzen von Hamburg! Super Lage zum Bahnhof und zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir nur sehr kurz da waren. Gut ist auch die Kapselmaschine im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad roch es unangenehm. Außerdem waren sowohl der Schrankspiegel als such der Schminkspiegel kaputt.

Das Frühstück war super mit einer großen Auswahl. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind doch in die Jahre gekommen und würden sich über eine neue Tapete und Einrichtung freuen. Wobei das Bett trotz des Alters sehr bequem war.
