Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig man bekommt auf Wunsch Kaffeespezialitäten, Spiegeleier gemacht. Die Nähe zum Hbf .

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel saßen Tag und Nacht viele Obdachlose. Im Bad war keine Heizung, es war sehr kalt, auch unser Zimmer war kalt, es hat sehr lange gedauert bis es warm wurde.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort einkehren.
Pros:

Gute Lage - in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Speicherstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt. Kleine gemütliche Bar - Gutschein für 1 Willkommen-gratis-Getränk für jeden Gast.

Tolles Hotel. Immer gerne wieder !
Pros:

Direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sofort mitten in Hamburg. Tolle Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes, leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Een hotel om aan te bevelen!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Iedere ochtend (bad)kamer goed nagelopen. Prima ontbijt, waar het aan niets ontbrak.

Pros:

Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett. Wenn man Probleme hat sind sie sehr Lösungsorientiert und kommen einem immer entgegen. Tolle Lage. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Hotel gefällt uns gut, aber es ist leider in die Jahre gekommen (Probleme mit dem Kfz - Aufzug, teilweise durchgelegene Betten). Ansonsten ist es ein gutes Hotel.
