Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.
Das Frühstück war umpfangreich und in langem Zeitfenster verfügbar.

Cons:

Im Detail geschaut ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Aufwertung oder Erneuerung vertragen.

Super Lage. Obwohl Zimmer zur Straße alles ruhig.
Frühstück super.
Täglicher Zimmerservice!!! Handtücher Kommentarlos getauscht einfach Klasse.

Cons:

Der Fernseher im Zimmer sollte höher als das Bett befestigt werden. Dies jedoch bitte nicht als Mängel sehen.

Tolle Lage und entgegenkommendes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend für alle, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs sind, da der Hamburger Bahnhof mit allen seinen Möglichkeiten nur ein paar 100 m entfernt ist. Weiterhin ist das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Der Fußboden unseres Zimmers (Nr. 307) müsste mal erneuert werden.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Lage ist super zentral zum Hauptbahnhof und zu den Restaurants der Langen Reihe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gab ein Begrüßungsgetränk.

Pros:

Заселили в 10.00, т.к. самолет прилетал рано. Отличный завтрак. Очень порадовал приветственные напиток от заведения. Можно было выбрать чай, кофе, бокал вина или пива. Необычно, но очень приятно. В номере есть кофе аппарат, чай. Персонал приятный и дружелюбный. После выезда можно оставить вещи на хранение. Все супер.

Personal nett und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Bahnhof nur 300 m entfernt.U Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück war reichlich und wurde immer nachgelegt.
