Das Personal war freundlich, es gab kostenlosen Tee oder Kaffee und Süßigkeiten

Cons:

Die Darstellung auf Booking war für uns irreführend, da das bei booking abgebildete Hotel der neuerer Gebäudekomplex ist, wo nur die Apartments sind. Die normalen Zimmer, also Doppelzimmer, waren in einem älteren Gebäudekomplex der direkt daneben steht. (Siehe Bilder). Beim Buchen hat man das aber nicht gesehen und somit waren wir etwas irritiert. Unser Zimmer hatte Haare auf dem Bett und die Karten zum Tür öffnen waren auch nicht zuverlässig. An der Rezeption haben wir dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen, dort gab es jedoch erneut Sauberkeitsmängel (Haare). Der Aufzug war während unseres Aufenthalts außer Betrieb und Parkplätze waren kostenpflichtig.

sehr nette Frühstücksbedienung!welche leider weggeht-großer Verlust!netter Nachtportier-der aber überfordert schien.

Zimmer -stickig,unsauber,defekte Türklinken,fleckige Bodenbeläge,fehlende Bettdecken,fehlende Handtücher,KI-.am Telefon,dreckigster Fahrstuhl-Boden fleckig!!

I enjoyed it and I will stay there when I go back.
Pros:

A lot of things, the location of the hotel, it was convenient to stores, and activities. Not far from the airport. I got to know the employees. I like how the common area kitchen was kept clean, and that it was available for all guest to use.

Cons:

I was there for over 14 days . When I extend my stay , I re-booked this hotel this says it all. It is a great value for the price. The only thing I did not like was the carpet in the elevator. It should be replaced as it devalue the hotel and it does not reflect the image the hotel reflects. I did not like how the ash trays for the smoker were at the entrance doors and I had to walk through some one second hand smoke.

Geht so … kein ard und zdf 😳 keine Klima die funktioniert und die Steckdosen für die Lampen im Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert. Schade .. Gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Es war gut ausgestattet. Der Check out ging schnell und ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Wir mussten bei der Ankunft erstmal warten, da kein Personal da war.
