Pros:

j'ai aimé l'acceuil et l'assistance de cet Hotel. En plus le staff de la cuisine était exceptionnel. le service pour récupérer à l'aéroport et nous y ramener était aussi vraiment bien et ponctuel. Un hotel bien situé et au coeur de la ville facilite tout.

Cons:

le lit était un double et un des double faisait du bruit.

Pros:

The staff were kind and the room was neatly cleaned. A restaurant on the fourth floor offers decent dishes at reasonable prices.

Cons:

The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00, but it wasn't ready at all when I showed up at 07:00. In addition to that, frankly speaking, the variety of breakfast could be much better for a 5 star hotel.

Very comfortable, and the best place to relax!
Pros:

All the staff are very kind and friendly. The room is very clean, specious, and comfortable. As the restaurants on the 4th floor were under rehabilitation, choices of places to eat were limited. But I look forward to eating on the 4th floor next time.

Cons:

On the first day (night), hot water (shower) was not available. Hot water was not hot enough. But when I told the problem to the reception, they coped with the problem immediately. It was fixed.

Lovley hotel with a good selection of foods and close to work.
Pros:

This is the second visit and the second time I stayed here. Wide selection on an evening of foods and the Staff are friendly.

Cons:

On this occasion the room I stayed in 222 was very noisy due to its location to the kitchen and most morning, I was awake too early.

it was a scamming
Pros:

i couldt try anything. i arrived hotel at 23pm and left 07:30 am

Cons:

i made a reservation for 1 night and it was saying 225 usd on booking.com. While i was leaving in the morning they gave me a bill 247 usd. and they took additional kart comission. totaly they took 259,87 usd from my account. it was so bad, we made a deal on booking.com and its changing. im not sure if i will make a reservation via booking.com again and i will never check that hotel again.
