Estava sujo.
Cons:

As toalhas estavam furando (muito velhas) e sujas, o cobertor e edredom sujos e mal cheirosos, os travesseiro tinham mal cheiro também e as fronhas tinham marcas de mofo. O ar não funcionava.

Acomodação perfeita, os funcionários excelentes, o pessoal que fica responsável na portaria sempre atenciosos e de bom humor, banheiro excelente.

Cons:

Na verdade não é que foi ruim, mas o café da manhã praticamente não teve, foi mais um "lanche", tendo em vista que o anunciado incluía café da manhã, porém, entendo também que o espaço está em reforma, mas isso não desqualifica o ambiente e a hospedagem que foi maravilhoso.

Foi uma boa hospedagem.
Pros:

Muito bem localizado. Não utilizei mas vi que tem um bom estacionamento. O local de forma geral bem cuidado (estrutura física).

Cons:

As camas muito velhas, um buraco, a TV muito ruim de tudo e o banheiro precisa de melhorias.

Nada, sai antes de finalizar a estadia e achei outro lugar para ficar

Cons:

Juntaram as camas para fazer uma cama de casal, funcionários ficam falando e dando risadas no corretor atrapalhando o silencia. A o café da manhã é uma mesa no corredor, não tem nem onde sentar, se não chegar cedo fica sem comer.
