Pros:

Was impressed with apartment it had two bedrooms on higher floors but lifts were quick to arrive but the garbage Shute was a bit smelly in the corridor not in the room thankfully

Fantastic!! Would definitely stay again. Could fault it.
Pros:

LOCATION was fantastic!!! Pacific Fair, convention centre, supermarket, beach, casino, bus and tram stops all within 5 minute walk.

Cons:

No spare blankets in the rooms. Asked at reception two different nights but they had run out of blankets. Was during Gold Coast Marathon weekend though so had probably been asked a lot.

Great location. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the guest laundry facilities, the washer and dryer were convenient and worked well, which was a big plus.

The only area that could be improved is the soundproofing for rooms facing the street. Traffic noise can be quite noticeable at night and early morning, so better noise-insulating windows would make the stay even more comfortable.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return, especially if staying in a room away from the street.
