There was some sort of gunk on the side of the ensuite sink that had been missed by cleaners before we arrived.

Pros:

Loved our stay at Avani! The staff are so helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect, about a 5mins walk to the beach, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach restaurants, nearby parks. The apartment was clean and well serviced, as was the gym and pool. Bonus for our room was a beautiful view of the beach and mountains too. Would definitely recommend!

Cleanliness, view, location can’t fault

Cons:

Nothing really. Wish we could have had the ocean view room at the front of the hotel but last minute booking this was all we could get.
