Pros:

The room itself is very clean and spotless. I really like that the hall, dining area, and kitchen are connected in an open plan layout, which makes the space feel bigger and more spacious.
The washing machine and dryer makes things easier. Love it.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was given a Level 2 room, so I didn’t get any views, only facing the walls. I was hoping to get an upper-floor room with a better view. The bathroom sink and sink cabinet are quite small, which makes it a bit inconvenient.

They mentioned that the pool is heated, but it wasn’t actually heated during my stay. Only the spa/jacuzzi was heated. Hopefully, these areas can be improved in the future.

Girls getaway
Pros:

Booked the accommodation for the location to public transport and the shops. Was not disappointed with any aspect of the accommodation, checkin or checkout process. Great to be so close to all amenities. Only disappointed in the weather but this meant we got to relax more.

Would have scored very high if not for my lost property
Pros:

Clean and well presented o would recommend it and stay again.

Cons:

The fact that my lost property never turned up. Disappointed that house keeping are black careless with peoples lost property. My 8 year old granddaughter is devastated about leaving her things in the safe and bedside draw

Pros:

Great location and easy to get to. Parking available on site is a plus. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft for me and every time one of us moved the other got rolled around! The Garbage shoot left an unpleasant smell in the passage way.
