Offered late checkout on one of my rooms. Location was amazing. Rooftop pool very clean

Cons:

Bathroom shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough. Toilet got wet. Spa pools needed cleaning

Poor guest relations management.

Cons:

Being extorted for additional rate after having agreed to and paid for a late checkout. I had arranged a 2pm checkout for $50 per hour and which i was happy to pay. On checkout the staff informed me that they would be charging me a full night's accommodation and an additional 160 dollars despite the fact I had already arranged the late checkout with their night audit staff.

Very disappointing, waste of money.
Pros:

The pool was nice, close to city, some staff were really lovely.

Cons:

The gym equipment was old, broken and rusty, to the point my gym clothes had brown on them after a workout. The layout of the bathroom had the toilet facing the glass of the shower which made it very difficult to use/sit down. My elderly parents struggled to use that toilet. The kitchen was poorly equipped with obviously missing utensils. The bed had a rigid hard line down the middle of it but the main issue was the house keeping, they turned down the room once in a 10 day stay. We had to asks for new towels repeated, which was mainly an issue because they didn’t dry in that bathroom. We also called ahead to ask for a drying rack and it took them two days to produce the smallest drying rack. I expected more for the price.
