Хороший номер, отзывчивый и вежливый персонал!

Cons:

Отель расположен прямо около дороги, бесконечный шум, если вы хотите поспать и не слышать шум, нужно закрывать двери балкона и спать в берушах, но тогда будет очень душно или холодно при включенном кондиционере.
Очень странные розетки, в которых шатаются вилки,
Отвратительный фен, который еле дует.
Грязный кондиционер, после которого появляются сопли и кашель.

2nd stay here in 2 years. Exemplary yet again. Just perfect.
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location. This was our second stay here. Last stay was May 2024 and chose to return as it was just perfect. Pay a little more for the ocean view room. Well worth it. Great pool and great service. Fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing. It was excellent.

Felt like a step into the past
Pros:

Location was right on the beach. Concierge Ryan was very helpful. Didn't eat there but the buffet breakfast was cheap and extensive. Pool was good, clean and maintained, but a little chilly out of the sun in the afternoon.

Cons:

Where to start...the room door didn't work properly was hard to open. The balcony door had no lock on it so room wasn't secure. The light over the mini bar flashed every 8 seconds all thru the night. The room decor on 6th floor and public areas were very dated - almost 1980s era Soviet, nothing like the photos. The rooftop bar didn't exist, it had been closed a while but was still advertised as a feature.

Be aware this is a residential building not Hotel.

Room was as photos showen. Clean. Pool restrictions.

Cons:

We arrived at the property and were instructed to contact a staff member to meet us outside, as security would not allow us to enter the building. This is a residential apartment complex, and security guards advised that short-term guests could not access the premises without being escorted.
A woman met us outside and escorted us to the 33rd floor. While the room itself was acceptable, we did not feel comfortable or safe given the circumstances and the restricted access. We informed the host of our concerns and arranged to meet her downstairs to return the keys shortly after arrival.
Access to facilities was also limited. The pool requires guests to message the agent via WhatsApp to book a time slot, and it is closed on Mondays. There was no breakfast included or offered.
There is also a clearly visible sign at the front of the building stating “No Airbnb or short-term stays,” which raised further concerns about the legitimacy of the accommodation within this residential complex.
Following our decision to leave, the host reported us to Booking.com, and our account was subsequently closed for a period of time.
Maybe we should have read google reviews first and done some more research. Just know what your getting.

Если не считать проблем при бронировании - все отлично.

Близость к морю. Отличный вид. Комфортно.

Cons:

Бронировал через с карты брата, тк со своей российской не было возможности. Сначала отказали тк не совпадают данные плательщика и проживающего, потом после разъяснений с нашей стороны попросили иметь ее физически при заселении, потом что надо выслать фото карты со всех сторон + cvc номер на обратной стороне карты. После того как мы потребовали аннулировать бронь или подтвердить ее без доп требований- все таки подтвердили. Переписывались неделю. Это неудобно.
