Бронировал через с карты брата, тк со своей российской не было возможности. Сначала отказали тк не совпадают данные плательщика и проживающего, потом после разъяснений с нашей стороны попросили иметь ее физически при заселении, потом что надо выслать фото карты со всех сторон + cvc номер на обратной стороне карты. После того как мы потребовали аннулировать бронь или подтвердить ее без доп требований- все таки подтвердили. Переписывались неделю. Это неудобно.

Great location, view from balcony was fantastic and staff were great.
Everything was great.
Lovely clean room with good shower, brilliant view from balcony and very efficient elevators (unlike many hotels in the area!)

Its very good location right in the center of Nha Trang.
The breakfast is bit basic if you are European. There are not enough sun beds at the beach (provided free of charge by the hotel), so unless you start super early, most likely you wont get free one.
Wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nha Trang, making it very easy to find great restaurants and enjoy delicious local food. The highlight was watching the fireworks from the balcony, absolutely amazing. The staffs are extremely friendly, attentive, and proactive. I truly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to coming back again.
Room was okay had been re furbed but served its purpose Breakfast we paid for a service plenty of asian cuisine very much catering for asia not european and russians no Museli or fresh fruit offerings Replenishing of dishes was slow and ran out of many items Chefs in experienced on the Egg station couldnt understand to fill an omette cheese ,pepers etc ,But you could find something to eat but a a hotel offering wasnt customer centric as the other venues and not value for money for a healthy breakfast
