Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth it.
Pros:

I stayed here for 3 nights and every day was a terrible. This hotel has the WORST tasting tap water that I have ever experienced in any hotel in the Philippines. I know because I am Filipino and have lived here my entire life. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. They must be using deepwell for their source which could be harmful to your health. Imagine taking a shower and getting it in your eyes or brushing your teeth. The chemicals are so strong! When I confronted them about this, they said they cannot do anything about it since it is like that in the area. This is totally false. I went to a family member’s house a block away and the tap water tastes fine. The staff at this hotel don’t seem to care if you complain and are unqualified to operate any type of service. The kitchen was only staffed by 1 person and it took forever for us to get any food. They can at least be apologetic and understanding but they just don’t care. Please AVOID this place because there are much better options (at the same price) in this area. IT’S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Good overnight stay.
Pros:

Good budget hotel. Very spartan room but a comfortable bed and cold air conditioning. Perfect for a nights rest after arriving in Cebu late and not transiting until morning. The small 24 hour convenience store right next door was handy for drinks and snacks.

the hotel is new and nice looking but the toilet got this awful dead rat smell and even our room not really nice experience.
