The floral air fresherner and floral detergent smell were sooo powerful! Overwhelming....not good for people who are sensitive. Im 5.1, 110 lbs and i had difficulty entering the bathroom shower stall. It was so tight. Roselyn was the only good thing about the stay...she was very thoughtful and understanding.

Vacation

They lied almost everything about the conditions of the hotel using misleading photos! The poor and SPA were dry and not available. The website says daily room cleans but they only cleaned and changed towels once during my entire 7 night stay! There were not enough bath room tissue aa well... It's very hard to find the hotel using address given

There was lot of coakroach in the apartment

Not what i expected. Advertised 2 beds but only one bed and one couch,
Worst place to stay.

Sarasota has a leaking bathroom sink so we were transferred to One Palm Tree Villa which is better. Swimming pool is under renovation as well but one Palm Tree has 2 swimming pools. Staff were very courteous and helpful!

Worth it

Just getting to the room was a challenge, but when you do, it doesn't look bad. It has all the amenities you could hope for. The plan whenever staying in a room is to get a good night's sleep. This was not what happened. Almost from the moment I turned off the lights and went to bed, I felt an itch. The bed itself did not smell the best either. After about two hours of getting close to falling asleep and scratching every few minutes, I decided to get up. I turned on my phone light and lit up the room to discover the bed covered in cockroaches. I should also mention that it was a rainy night. I got out of bed and was standing in a puddle. The entire bedroom floor was wet from water coming in under the aircon. I went out to the kitchen and cockroaches were crawling everywhere. I opened my luggage and they crawled out of there too. Maybe the other rooms are less infected. The potential is there for this place to be great, but right now, unless you like sleeping with the roaches, I'd spring a little more money for a hotel down the road.

Dirty, so many small bugs crawling, airconditioner is not working & filter is so dirty, bathroom faucet is broken, shower is not draining properly. The whole place is dusty & dirty

Very spacious and clean!

Very convinient location, movie theater, reataurants and transportation just outside the door..

We had two rooms, 1 room came with coffee, water, and toilet paper, the room itself wemas bad but livable
My room, was not seviced properly, did not come with water, coffee or toilet paper, the shower did not work and the sink tap was falling off, at 1am in the morning a service guy knocked on the door to check the internet!, i videoed all the problems reported to managment who did nothung to resolve any of the issues

I will not recommend this place. Place is to old dirty and unsanitary. Theres roaches on the bathroom sink. We saw small roaches on the bed at the wall of the headboard there's some small holes on the wall with roaches on it.place had a bad smell. We reported it but the care taker said roaches came from the drainage and they dont do nothing about it. This place is a bad experience. .

I cannot give a review on our reservation at Saratoga Residential Report because we were re-allocated into the ONE PALM VILLAS. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time of 2:00 pm. The security guards at the gate couldn't let our Grab Taxi with our luggage in because the gate is under repair and they didn't even have our name on the guest list until they called their office. The lady from the office came and she explained the situation and then brought us to ONE PALM TREE VILLAS across the street. Room size given to us was more of a 3-star Hotel size but clean and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay prior to our succeeding trip back to Canada. The large swimming pool was nice specially when we were there it was hot. The single rotating staffs on the concierge were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant amenities are close by and other shopping dept stores are on walking distances. Our reservation was for the Sarasota Residential Resort therefore, this review is more for the Palm Tree Villas. Please disregard those Star Ratings because it does not reflect our stay. It looks from the street view that the Sarasota may have more to offer but, I cannot comment on it. However, the One Palm Tree Villas Resort is a comfortable, peaceful and quiet place for a couple of days quick rest and getting ready for a continuing travel back to Canada. And, it is close to the airport with great asistance form the staffs and security officers at the gate.

Things I dislike about the place was
#1 no smart tv and tv was too small.
#2 the kitchen wasn’t the best invite.
#3 the microwave didn’t work just made a lot of noise and no heat. Smoke was coming from behind of it.
#4 The internet was not working.
#5 The toilet hose spray was leaking on the floor.
#6 Bathroom had no hand soap.
#7 Living room left window door wouldn’t close.

Great security I felt safe, friendly staff ready to help and answer all of our calls.
Things I dislike about the place was

#2 tv size was very small like a 23” inches screen.
#3 no paper towels for kitchen, not enough silverware selection.
#4 the microwave didn’t work just made a lot of noise and no heat. Smoke was coming from behind of it.
This refrigerator was clean and working.
#5 The internet was not working and I was so happy that I had my own because I would have been loss without it.
#6 No Netflix account and only cable channels.
#7 The toilet water hose spray had a hole at the top that cause water to leak on the floor.
#8 Bathroom had no hand soap it was an empty bottle there.
#9 Living room left window door wouldn’t close.

Take it for what it is. I stayed only for a night.

It was a bit pricey considering the place.
I had little tiny roach roommates roaming around the bathroom.

I couldn’t find the remote control for the AC inside the bedroom.

Someone kept calling and ringing the doorbell around 12am-2am. A bit spooky and couldn’t sleep.
