My go-to hotel in Luneta
Pros:

Awesome location and I was upgraded to a room with a bay view. This is my second visit to this hotel and it is my preferred place to rest my head when I am in Luneta. It's not the Ritz, but it is a great affordable hotel that is convenient to Rizal Park, Robinson's, jeepneys/tricycles to Divisoria, Binondo and Intramuros.

Cons:

The remote for both the A/C and TV had dead batteries...it wasn't enough of a concern to contact the front desk but when I mentioned it on checkout they confirmed that they would address it. The down button for the elevator didn't work but after waiting quite a while I realized I could use the up button to summon the elevator...they also said that they would get maintenance to fix that. Neither of these things made a huge difference to my visit.

Cons:

Absolutely outrageous and a complete rip-off! At checkout, we were accused of staining a bedsheet with a pen, even though we are 100% sure we did not cause it. We were still forced to pay an absurdly overpriced amount for the sheet.
Very disappointing and honestly unacceptable. It felt like a complete scam. Definitely not recommended!

Compared to other places I have stayed this is an excellent value place and the chain is very popular with Philippines
