Pros:

Posizione imbattibile se si intende viaggiare a bordo dei treni con affaccio direttamente sui binari del trenino del Bernina.
Struttura moderna e ben curata. Staff gentile e disponibile.
Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

Cons:

Attenzione ai dettagli. Lampadina fianco letto fulminata e dispositivo per alzare le tapparelle dei lucernari non funzionante.

Colazione non inclusa nel costo della stanza.

Parcheggio interno scoperto presente ma non disponibile (€10) per cui è stato necessario affittare il box auto messo a disposizione dall'hotel (€15 al giorno).

Direkt am Bahnhof, perfekt um mit dem Berninaexpress zu reisen

Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof, modern, sauber, check- in sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war zentral gesteuert und konnte in der Nacht im Zimmer nicht abgestellt werden.
Der Frühstücksraum im UG war sehr dunkel.

Bien ubicado,personal del desayunador excepcionalmente atento.

Cons:

AVISAMOS que llegabamos a medianoche ,lo q fue aceptado por el hotel y no había personal para poder ingresar.Un huesped tuve la amabilidad de llamar por telefono y vino al rato una persona para hacernos ingresar.Pasamos muy mal momento .Además la habitación no tenía el pequeño lugar afuera ni los grandes ventanales que se ven en las fotos

Super schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten und das Frühstück war sensationell und frisch. Die Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich !!! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!👍👏

Cons:

… bei den Betten wäre toll wenn auf „nordische Bettwäsche“ umgestellt würde. (keine Oberleintücher mehr)

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und sehr gut über die Gepflogenheiten des Hotels informiert.
Das Zimmer war modern und sehr gut eingerichtet.

Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage,direkt beim Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Frühstück war mehr als genug mit grosser Auswahl.

Cons:

Schade war der schöne Frühstücksraum ohne Aussicht.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el techo tenía ventanas que se abrían solas a las 5 am por lo tanto era imposible dormir

Pros:

Great location as an overnight stay, by the train station for onward travel

Cons:

Booking in at a hotel across the square, not an issue in it’s self except cobbles were had for wheeling luggage
