The aircon is not so cool no bottle water for free but some cheap hotels they have free bottled water
The staff were kind and hospitable.
Small room size. Bed sheets had pale but visible stains. Shower did not have a door and there was no rug when we checked in, so every time we took a shower, the floor outside the shower would get soaking wet. TV was not working when we checked in, we had to move some cables. And worst of all, the aircon was dripping. Our suitcase was placed right underneath the aircon and a pair of shoes was on top of the suitcase, so both got wet.
The staff is friendly and helpful - had an issue with missing laundry from a service not part of the hotel. They were able to locate it, so I can pick it up on my return trip.
The room is clean and well-maintained. The room is a good size for an individual. A large window lets in plenty of natural light. The window has a shade to block out light when sleeping. Clean restroom.
Walls are too thin. You can hear the neighbor talking. The hotel is on a busy street; you can hear everything. The room needs to be soundproof. The shower has no door, so when you shower, expect the floor to get wet.
Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es perfekt. Wir mussten nahe bei der Immigration Intramuros sein und brauchten ein sicheres Hotel. Darüber hinaus war das Personal sehr hilfreich und flexibel.

Como fica ao pé de uma estrada movimentada, torna-se um pouco barulhenta a partir das 5h00
Not too much to like except the convenient store next door . The staff is good.. Breakfast wise not a lot to pick except I got too excited to have omelet but its not included for my Breakfast.. Then maybe she noticed that I didn't have much on my plate and maybe just a bread and coffee it was my surprise that she bring me the omelet on my table. I told her I did not pay for the extra she smiled at me and said its okay Ma'am 🙂 ☺️.
Oh what a nice girl... But I end up not eating all of it as I was already full.
Nothing that I didn't like is just for one night so its okay.
The only good thing was the staff, very concerned and friendly. Thats all
The bed was full of hairs. They dont inform you in advance and then charge you 300php per night for fridge and kettle. Wifi was not strong, not dependable. Eventho i said “no” 4 times, the room service still attempted to enter the room.

La habitación es pequeña y no está limpia . El precio es elevado pero pagas la ubicación
