On s'attend à un hôtel avec les services associés mais il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, c'est très décevant.
Des oreillers mémoire de forme sont imposés sans autre alternative possible (ces oreillers ne sont pas compatibles pour tout le monde).
La couette était simplement emballée dans un drap et non dans une housse donc on se retrouve à dormir à même la couette ce qui n'est pas hygiénique.
Le volet ne fermait pas.
Il y a avait beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles.
Un des deux verres était sale.
Le lit double était un lit 140x200, on pensait avoir plus grand.
La porte de la minuscule salle de bain ne se fermait pas.
Le pommeau de douche fuyait.
La pression de la douche était beaucoup trop faible.

L' albergo si trova in una posizione veramente centrale a pochi minuti dal centro. Il personale alla reception è stato davvero molto gentile e accogliente. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. La cosa che ho amato di più è il frigo bar ma anche la doccia! Lo consiglio!

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was good. Close to the Termini where the bus from Airport stopped and walking distance to all main attractions.

Cons:

We didn’t have any kitchenware, not even one spoon. The street was very loud at night, even if during the day was ok. and the AC was not working with the remote, but the room was warm enough.
