Pros:

Emplacement à 2 mn à pied de la cathédrale. Spacieux. Petites attention dans la chambre (chocolats, livre, mot d'accueil). Literie de qualité. Grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Temps d'enregistrement le plus long sur nos 8 nuits en Espagne. Double vitrage de faible qualité d'isolation phonique

Great experience at Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja was excellent. The staff is extremely attentive, with special mention to Pablo, who welcomed us warmly and shared valuable tips to enjoy Logroño. The breakfast is very complete, and the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

As a downside, on Saturday night there was noise from people talking in the street, which may bother light sleepers. In this case, it’s worth requesting a quieter room.
We recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Toller, sehr kurzer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles super, Personal, Lage, Preis-Leistung.
Da ich früh weg musste, habe ich nach einem Lunchpaket gefragt, das war überhaupt kein Problem und am nächsten Morgen wurde ich ausreichend versorgt und durfte mir auch einen Kaffee vom noch nicht geöffneten Frühstücksbuffet mitnehmen. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Man muss etwas aufpassen, da das Hotel und dessen Garage in einer zufahrtsbeschränkten Straße liegen und von der Polizei ständig geprüft wird, wer hinein fährt. Man muss auch sein Kennzeichen bekannt geben, damit man nicht gestraft wird. Ist kein Negativpunkt, sondern eher ein Aufmerksammachen für zukünftige Gäste.

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Si vas con coche el parking más cercano está a 15 min andando. La cama era grande pero nada cómoda, las almohadas también. La climatización de la habitación no se podía controlar (mucho calor). En el cuarto de baño el agua no salía caliente. Relación calidad-precio no es acorde con las condiciones del alojamiento.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was lovely, a great size and comfy bed.
Spa was nice too although €15 per person for just an hour was a bit overpriced.

The bar downstairs was closed on a Friday night, which I found a bit strange...

All was good until the morning of the departure. No hot water in the shower so I flagged the issue at reception who said maintenance will check in 5 minutes. We waited half an hour, took our cold showers and went downstairs to check out. I flagged to the receptionist that there was still no hot water and noone came to check. She said she knows and offered no apology despite me giving her another chance to apologise. Very poor customer service from a 4 star establishment
