Hotel was nice and close to Dickie Arena
Pros:

We went to dickies Arena and it was very close and easy to get to

Cons:

We found this on booking.com and booking.com gave us a price but when we got to the hotel it was higher because booking.com. Did not add in all the taxes and fees. Very disappointed with booking.com.

Overall, nice place. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Easy drive to TCU campus, walking distance to Dutch Bros. Nice fitness room. Quiet and clean.

Cons:

Located near train tracks, trains run all night. They also charge for overnight parking.

Cons:

Rude staff, very unaccommodating. Have been staying at this hotel for awhile now. Just this week alone 5-6 nights. In every hotel I've stayed in for 43 years if checkout is at 12 nobody knocks on your door or tries to come in prior to that. This location prides itself on starting to knock on doors REGARDLESS if the DND sign is posted or not. When speaking to the manager about this I was met with hostility and told this is the way its done at this property and will continue. If I pay for a room sometimes multiple nights in a row I don't expect to be bothered until my time is up and its checkout time, after 12. For all the years I worked for Omni hotels we would have never done bothered the guest prior to checkout, hounding them and for the 20 + years I have worked in hospitality the very first thing taught was making the guest happy above all. Such a simple problem to solve was met with hostility. Terrible MGMT. Though Matthew has always been an incredible.

Pros:

Convenient location, it was nice having a mini kitchen. Beds were comfortable enough and breakfast was decent. (Different meat and egg every day, oatmeal bar and waffle maker, coffee was good)

Cons:

Had some issues with check in and staff wasn't super helpful but it worked out in the end. Booking listed our room as 2 queen beds and said it had a sofa, there was only a chair no sofa so keep that in mind and they wouldn't allow us a rollaway bed. We had 2 children and we had planned to let one sleep on the sofa but we ended up having to put 3 people in one bed.

We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We been staying here for the last couple of visits for cooks. Our go to place. We travel about 3 hours for our daughter checkup
