Staff was great and the hotel was clean.
Pros:

It was a nice property and close to the Dickie center. They served a good breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I’ve been billed twice for the 1 night stay. Once by Booking.com and once by TownePlace.
Location was fine enough, however, doors were scuffed and touched up/ didn’t match other parts of door. AC was slow to cool room, tear in wall paper, pool is not really a pool but a large hot tub in size. Fair enough but photo of pool is somewhat missleading

Worth what you expect and then some!
Pros:

only had coffee!

Cons:

not able to enter room! Amaya Flores, desk clerk, maintenance woman only person in charge during a busy Friday night put a call on hold and took the elevator to the 3rd floor to change out door's electronic, reprogramed keys and clear sailing from there.

Hotel was nice and close to Dickie Arena
Pros:

We went to dickies Arena and it was very close and easy to get to

Cons:

We found this on booking.com and booking.com gave us a price but when we got to the hotel it was higher because booking.com. Did not add in all the taxes and fees. Very disappointed with booking.com.

Overall, nice place. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Easy drive to TCU campus, walking distance to Dutch Bros. Nice fitness room. Quiet and clean.

Cons:

Located near train tracks, trains run all night. They also charge for overnight parking.
