К сожалению, проживание в отеле оставило неприятное впечатление.
В номере было очень холодно, из-за чего чувствовался дискомфорт, уюта не было совсем.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки — качество еды оказалось очень низким. Более того, в салате был обнаружен волос, что абсолютно недопустимо и вызывает вопросы к санитарным нормам.
Ожидания от отеля не оправдались. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на данные проблемы и улучшит сервис.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I had a problem with the booking; I had booked a room for three people—two adults and an 11-year-old child—but Booking.com showed it as a reservation for only two. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and gave me the appropriate room. The only downside to the hotel was the breakfast; it was very basic.

Rooms are nice and big. Location is ok
Old hotel, everything is old. Fire warning system not working. Multiple fire warnings. Zero information from staff. Staff was overwhelmed by the situation and deactivated the alarm. She told us it doesnt work anyway. In case of a real fire, what would happen? Scary.
