Perfect location, but rooms need proper insulation and better showers.
Pros:

Location was top notch. Perfect all round with access to restaurants/shops.

Cons:

The room was quite cold, and it felt like the windows weren’t properly insulated, letting cold air in. The shower also had a very strange system where I had to wait around 10 minutes for the water to get warm.

If Location is your main priority is good. Otherwise if you are tourist must avoid.
Pros:

The location is excellent with restaurants, cafe and other amenities easily accessible.

Cons:

The breakfast is a make shift setup in a Sashi cafe Bar where the smell lingers every corner in the morning. The choice selections were bare and Un-appetising !
The facilities are dated and old. Bathrooms shower area is setup on high platform and floor is slippery marble, very hazardous!
