Pros:

Location was good. We didn’t have breakfast. I can’t say we liked anything.

Cons:

The hotel had no hot water. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were so bad our necks hurt. The room I rented for my daughter was unacceptable. The bathtub was so filthy she couldn’t have used it if she had hot water.

Comfortable and nice staff
Pros:

Clean room. Beautiful view of sun rise Felt safe. Warm hot tub. Decent options for breakfast

Cons:

Smells odd in elevator and level 4 hall- but like an oil or some other odd smell. Not sure how they could fix it. Hot tub had things and hair floating in it and stuff on the bottom. Could definitely be cleaner.

Very disappointing for a Marriott hotel
Pros:

The manager the next day was super accommodating and understanding. She was not told there was no hot water by the staff. She just happened to come in that morning to a bunch of upset people. When we told her about how dirty the bath tub was and showed pictures, she was disgusted and incredibly apologetic. The pics do not truly show how bad it was.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The bath tub was FILTHY! There was a ring of dirt around the inside and the corners were dirty as well. There was zero hot water as well in the building. Extremely disappointing. The refrigerator was hardly cold. The room we stayed in had a lot of noise on the outside too. You could hear all the traffic. The beds were hard and the pillows were terrible and lumpy.
