まぁまぁな感じです。
Pros:

駅近くなので食事やコンビニなどがあり良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂は部屋になくても大きいお風呂に入れて良かったのですが、トイレはちょっと部屋から出て歩くようなのでそれが不便でした。
