Important information:

- From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt.
- From 1st October 2025, a Sustainability Fee (Lestari Fi) of MYR 4.00 per room per night will be applied, as required by the Negeri Sembilan State Government.
This fee is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the hotel.
- From 2nd January 2025, all street parking near the hotel will be managed by the Government of Negeri Sembilan (MPPD).
Guests must pay for parking. Payments can be made via the Flexi Parking app or Touch & Go E-Wallet application.

Very poor customer service from staff name Jessica an Indian girl fat one

Cons:

The customer service name Jessica, she is not helping me when our toilet door lock from inside. She was giving me scissor to open it by myself and second time I come down to lobby her she gave me scru driver to open it again. N yes it cant be open that way.from 8 am until 11.30 am there is no one helping us with the issue. After I make I complaint at 11.30 than cleaner come n smash the door until 12 pm, the issue is solve by smashing the door. Actually it can solve earlier but Jessie choose not to help us. It's really dissapointed me as I am a loyal customer to grandpa hotel. Plus I have 3 kids with me but still she refuse to help us immediately after I talk to her at the lobby at 8.30 am in the morning. Seem like she don't like her job..
