Staff and management has taken care of us so good and it’s a very welcoming environment. Ambiance and services are very impressive

The best ever time I had in this hotel and the staff was so helpful and very caring didn’t gave us a chance to complain about anything. Would like recommend other too once they visit goa and thanks to captain sahil for giving us a lovely service throughout the stay

Hotel is excellent food quality was very good and housekeeping was also very good during our stay. Mr Sahil is a nice person and very cooperative. Hotel pool and pool area is neat and clean.

It was a great stay and the food was good. The staff was prompt, responsive and very helpful. 15 mins walk away from beach and many local shops.

I like Sahil's service he is a very professional and kind and pleasant and polite person and very respectful and very caring

We booked bloom rooms last year which we enjoyed. My family booked bloom suites so we thought we try this hotel as it had good reviews. The hotel was good. . The staff were ere lovely and provided good service. The breakfast was good had a choice of Indian and English food. The manager Veena was really nice and helpful. Joyful to talk to.. A big thank you for helping me when I was not well. She advised me on some medication to take. Really appreciate the effort she made as she went off her way.

The rooms were nice and big. The bed was comfy to sleep in. The rooms were nice and clean.

Look forward to staying again next year if budget allows.

We stayed at Bloom Rooms last year and based on that hotel decided to try Bloom suites this time. Absolutely no regrets. The staff were all exceptional and made our stay so incredible that we didn't really want to leave. A big thank you to Veena and her staff. Look forward to staying again next year if budget allows.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at Blooms Suites. The staff are all friendly, and
Professional. We were well looked after at breakfast, and served excellent food.
Our room was kept very clean by our room boy during our one month stay.
The sun loungers and swimming pool area are well managed by the pool attendant who was always friendly and helpful, while keeping an eye on the safety of children and other guests. He's a star.

We look forward to being able to visit again next year.

very central for me. service was excellent. Everybody was very friendly. Rooms had everything in it including a safe and fridge. We have been to Goa lots of times and this was best hotel so far

The hotel location is great right off the main road. It is in the middle of Candolim and Baga. We had a great stay at the Hotel. It is very clean. The Atmosphere is great! It gets busy on the weekends. There wasn't any loud/rowdy behaviour. We stayed in a suite. The room was a good size. One very minor point is the air condition can be a bit loud especially at night time when trying to sleep. In our room it didn't feel like the the thermostat was working as we had set the temp to 24 degrees but the aircon would continue even though the room felt chilly. The Breakfast is great.......it is geared towards the Indian palette.......you can order Masala dosa (Indian crepe/pancake) and Uttapam's. In addition I believe they can also make western breakfasts on order as well saw various types of eggs - boiled, runny, omelettes, Fried eggs etc.....I think they may also do bacon but not 100% sure as I am veggie.
The service from the alll of the team members has been great. From Pramod who works on the poolside. The guys at breakfast who Santanu, Suhail, Sabbir, Brijmohan, Mantu Singh, Raj, Kumar, Yogesh. As well the house keeping team who looked after us especially Chandi and Tapas. Finally shout out to Sahil on reception and the the other team members on reception who's names I did not capture. We was on a package holiday with TUI so I think that it was great value. I should also add that the beach is approximately 8-10 mins walk using the quiet lanes behind the hotel and as you approach the lane that takes you to the beach you'll find ladies selling various goods from coconuts and fruits to clothes and cold drinks. They are all so friendly and lovely......they are running these small shops to support their families. I hope to be back here again next year!

Had a great get together in the property good staff with good surroundings staff are helpful and their captain with a big smile in the front desk is a perfect boy at his role and Sanjeev and Sushant also help us lot during the stay

Good stay with prime location nearby to the beach and staff were helpful sahil from front had help us a lot recommended a some good places nearby and it was awesome we had travelled with our college group and he help us a lot

Good food with great luxury property,staff are really helpful and friendly, front desk and resturant staff provided a great experience throughout the stay would suggest everyone once to visit.

Wonderful stay.All the staff were very friendly.especially Sahil (captain) was very cordial.Yogesh food supervisor and his team werevery cordial.

Stay was nice. Staff is cooperative. Front desk staff and restaurant staff are really helpful haven’t got any problems throughout the stay and thanks to mr captain of front desk and his team they are person who had made our stay good and haven’t given reason to complain about anything.

We stay in bloomsuites 4 night in goa stay was comfortable food was very delicious specially restaurant staff was very polite with us everything always there to help with delicious food specially Mr Yogesh always came to in dinner and also room was very clean and shower was good

I will never recommend this hotel for these reasons.
1. Welcome on arrival zero. The receptionists were so unprofessional and had no idea how to manage a smooth check-in. They let us wait more than an hrs.
2. They showed us few rooms and all of them were so dirty and stink badly. I almost vomited.
3. We asked them gently to give us better room, and they asked us to pay extra money for that even though the full stay was paid in advance.
4. We asked to speak to a manager but there was no one responsible to talk to us and solve the problem. We were so tired after a long flight and day, but they let us wait at least 2 hrs at the reception.
5. Finally, they gave us different room but forced us to pay for supplements cos they think it is better room, but it stinks as well. We asked them to cancel our booking, and we will find our stay somewhere else and the answer was – “ZERO REFUND”
6. So, we left with No choice, accepted the room, and paid extra supplements. Apart from the unpleasant smell the floor was so dirty, I will add some fotos that you people can see how dirty this hotel is. We must ask every morning to clean the floor so well.
7. Next morning, we show the manager at reception, and he totally ignored us as we do not exist because he just does not bother his clients. He is in the wrong place. It is so simple, if you can not stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
8. We wanted to swim next day and discovered people were swimming with full daily clothing. The security was just looking at them and doing nothing. So, there was control of hygiene. The manager can see very well what is going on but he just keeps his head in the sand. Will add some photos and videos that you can see.
9. They were painting the building, so the paint smell was so strong that one could not even sit somewhere TO REALX. May they want to toxic the clints. This is so unprofessional, how can you make a booking if building is under paint work. Foto attached
10. You can see the clothes hanging from the balcony. I am not talking about swimming suits. I am the daily used cloths including trousers and shirts etc. A professional hotel does not allow such acts. Photos attached.
11. We went to the bar to have drink. They asked us to sit somewhere while one side the paint was going on.
12. We did not rest at all in this hotel. They are so unprofessional, rooms so tiny and stink badly. It feels like a dead rat in the room. The breakfast was awful, and it was a dirty restaurant. You can feel that they never clean the chair and table. It has been a nightmare for us. HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

POSITIVE – the staff during breakfast was so friendly and willing to do anything. This is the only positive part we have during our stay.

I am a professional in tourism and know what I am talking about, so I will never use this DIRTY hotel for our western / domestic clients, neither I will recommend to anyone.
I do not want my clients have bad experience at this hotel as I do care of the comfort and holidays of my esteem clients.
