Perfectly located for amazing bars, food and scenery - never mind the beach over the road! The top floor room we had (number 7) was excellent. We opened the room door and the air conditioning was a big relief given the July heat.
Nothing so far.
Tres proche de la gare.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Personnel serviable.
Magnifique village.
Literie inconfortable
I liked the hotels rooms which were clean bed very comfortable the staff we great and very very helpful and nice I loved the hotel as it was old worldly and not modern like most hotels today
Nothing at all
Lovely place centrally located in the village and a short walk from beautiful nature
The price we were charged was extremely expensive for what we got. The hotel definitely did not reflect the cost.
Location
No windows and breakfast had good options but the bacon sausage and beans did not taste of anything an no fried bread 😊
The location
Staff where rude and unhelpful
Location is great for all Snowdonia activities
It needs a refresh
Very poor staff attitudes towards paying guests. Bunk house rooms were stifling hot! Appreciate it has been very hot recently but when went to reception to ask if there was a way to open the skylight as the stings were broken we were told no we dont have a ladder.
Food was very over priced £12 for a Chicago town pizza 😮
Cleanliness off tables was poor, was even told by a member of staff to clean up from put dinner we had purchased from the hotel.
All round lovely place
The room / suite was large, overlooking the main road. The bed was large and comfortable. The Spa was clean and functional. The breakfast was excellent with good range of options plus menus selections. Service was quick and efficient.
Access to the room was via keyless combination code but awkward to navigate on first use, due to poor lighting. Shower was awkward to use with multiple levers to set flow and temp, that had unclear markings. Shower door clashes with toilet pan so slight risk of glass door breakage if not careful.
This was a great stay. Bedroom was lovely. We were only on the first floor bit of was really quiet. Bed comfy. Shower over bath was great, although hot water took a long time to come through, but no drama. Breakfast was good, and catered for GF options. It exceeded my expectations.
Lovely bar, great staff, good options of drinks, and great menu for evening meal.
I am being really picky by saying the bread at breakfast wasn't great. A good bread with the breakfast/sandwich makes a big difference. This is so I can say though - overall absolutely spot on 🙏
Location, location, location. Beautiful town and lovely setting. Quaint old building with interesting quirky stairways and corridors.
Very friendly people
Road noise started quite early
