Hôtel charmant, propre et cosy, idéalement situé au cœur de la Médina,
Pros:

Idéalement situé (on fait difficilement mieux) au cœur de la Médina et à deux pas du port, l'hôtel est à la fois très cosy, soigné et typique. Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux et les chambres très propres. Expérience parfaite qui a fait d'Essaouira notre coup de cœur!

Cons:

Le personnel de l'enregistrement, bien que poli, n'était pas très chaleureux, voir un peu froid. Dommage pour un pays où l'on a l'habitude d'être toujours si bien accueilli par les locaux!

L'hôtel est bien placé.
L'eau est bien chaude.

Cons:

Une employée qui tousse et crache dans la cuisine parce qu'elle est malade et cela au moment du petit-déjeuner, n'est pas tolérable. C'est même équerrant au point de ne pas vouloir finir son petit déjeuner !
Idem pour le long cheveux trouvé sous la crêpe au petit déjeuner.
Personnel pas très souriant, ni communiquant.
Serviettes de toilettes pas nickel.
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre.

La ubicación es inmejorable, puedes dejar el coche en el aparcamiento por muy poco dinero y acercarte andando. La decoración es muy auténtica. El desayuno rico y abundante.

Pros:

Great location, good breakfast hotel looked beautiful and very traditional looking felt authentic. One night was enough for us .

Cons:

Indoor room no window . Yellow towels we didn’t use they didn’t smell fresh. .
I didn’t sleep well because it was a bit muggy . Okay for 1 night .

На самом деле это самый хороший отель за всю поездку. Большой холл, 4 этажа, дойти легко даже от автовокзала. Отличный вай-фай, горячая вода в душе. Кровати большие. Терраса красивая и большая. Завтрак вкусны и сытный, омлет, лепешка, булка, масло. джемм, сок и кофе. Можно платить и в евро и в дирхамах. На месте ребята могут помочь с вызовом такси или носильщиков. Писала заранее на счет трансфера, ничем помочь не смогли. А так место. которое не стыдно реккомендовать.

Ideally locacted for the price
Pros:

Great location, just off the square and minute walk from beach front, fishing port and taxi drop offs. Adequate breakfast, freshly made plain omlettete, local coffee and juice. Despite Ramadan, staff served food with care and a smile. Located in vibrant tourist area but still peaceful and a great break from the bustle of Maraketch . The r360 views from the terrace makes this a stand out location for the price.

Cons:

As is the case with most rooms inside the medias, they are rather dark. TV was not working..not a big deal but ask if a requirement for for those cloudy days.

People moan about damp and Muslim prayer calls in some reviews. Don’t go to a hot Muslim country when it rains!!!!

Nice Hotel with a Riad feeling close to everythin

Very nice hotel with a Riad feeling! The location is amazing, in the Medina close to everything in Essaouira by walking distance, the center and coffees and restaurants, the beach, the port! The room was good with a balcony and a nice view and close to the terrace. We really liked our stay here, all the staff was so friendly and we felt so good there that we decided to stay for another night! Very good breakfast, everything was prepared with care. We want to thank the staff for preparing us breakfast earlier so we could eat something before we took the bus back to Marrakech! Everything was good, we recommend it!
