Belle découverte, bel hotel, tres agreable,personnel au top,
Pros:

L'accueil était très bien. Tout le personnel était très agréable, souriant, à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner était bien. Le café excellent! Mention spéciale pour le cappuccino.
Le restaurant, excellent. Que dire des pizzas, un régal.
De belles découvertes avec Pompeii, Herculanum et le Vesuve.

Cons:

Ce qui est dommage, c'est la proximité d'un parc de jeu pour enfants, avec musique à fond parfois jusque 23h.

Premetto che viaggio tutte le settimane e di alberghi ne ho visti tanti. All'arrivo non c'era nessuno in reception. Al secondo suono del campanello dal bar qualcuno ci ha urlato "Arrivo" Alla richiesta di camere tranquille, non lato strada, ci hanno fatto credere di aver controllato a pc, salvo poi capire che ci avevano dato le camere da tempo assegnate. In una delle camere la pompa di calore faceva un rumore assurdo. Chiamato la reception x risolvere, ci viene dimostrato che tenendo bassa la pompa di calore, il rumore diminuiva. Soluzione geniale! Alla minaccia di cambiare albergo, ci viene cambiata la camera. 4 stelle da incubo. abbiamo lasciato la struttura con 1 giorno di anticipo e pur avendo pagato l'intero costo del soggiorno volevano applicare la penale. Non torneremo mai più.

Stanza spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno grande, colazione sostanziosa, staff super cordiale e disponibile, parcheggio interno privato
