Pros:

The Rooms were clean & fresh. The Check-in time is strictly adhered to. But a good option in Fang. The Market is within walking distance. Plenty of Restaurants nearby.

Great hotel for one night.
Pros:

Great hotel on our way to Chiang Rai. Clean and comfortable close to many restaurants. Only issue is no sound proofing of the room, so you hear every one in the hallway.

Fine city style modern hotel
Pros:

Modern city hotel. My room was large and comfortable, stayed here three nights.. Nice bed. Had a kettle in the room and the Wi-Fi was fine. The same day laundry service worked well on two consecutive days. Strangely they did not provide soap for the sink although there were dispensing bottles in the shower. There was no hot water in the sink and the bathroom had no towel holders or hooks near the shower or sink. Otherwise the room was fine. I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Everything in the room worked fine and they cleaned the room very nicely

Great traveler Hotel
Pros:

Great location, spacious rooms, nice balcony, shopping and restaurants near by to include Hospital & Lotus mall, 7-Eleven, laundry machines across from hotel. Great hotel to stage out of, very clean, safe and functional. Has Night time security guard. Hotel staff was very helpful and overall upkeep of hotel was outstanding.

Pros:

clean and new budget hotel with plenty of parking and laid back location near center. Friendly staff, clean room, all provided that's needed. Unfortunately had to check out early for private emergency reason and could not enjoy full night.

Close to town , very easy to find , if you have the right room the views of the mountains are stunning

Pros:

The bed in our room had a lump near the "shoulder area" and was rock hard.

The towels were VERY OLD and threadbear - literally had threads hanging off. Took a photo.

We stayed overnight and found an alternative hotel (Tangerine) for the balance of two nights in Fang. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
