A lovely boutique hotel, in an excellent location. Busses run past to Bondi Junction and off to the city and Central railway, so it is very convenient if visiting without a car. In the snazzy part of Oxford Street, with great food options all within walking distance. I was visiting to go to the Horden Pavilion for a concert, and it was a 20 minute walk to/from, so again, an excellent location. Very comfy bed.
A quite small room (we were in the smallest) but still comfortable. There is a great lounge out the front if you wanted to get a bit more space.
Location and very quiet despite how busy the main street it. Breakfast pastries. Male reception staff member was very helpful.
The coffee from the coffee machine is pretty poor quality to be honest. The milk frother wasn't working and the milk in the milk jug had gone off to the point it had solidified.
The female reception person was less helpful, not unpleasant just not that interested in anyone coming into the facility.

the room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable!! the staff was absolutely lovely, my partner and i got back from the BBNO$ concert a bit late and needed to find a servo and the staff member told us where it was, he also offered me a smoke cause i didnt have one and we ended up having a smoke outside together, overall awesome bloke. we had a mad chat about anything and everything at like 1am and it was overall an awesome stay. whoever was on on the night of the 2nd of november deserves a raise!!! will 100% be staying here again for events happening at the hordern pavilion, not a far walk (maybe 1km) absolutely easy to find and was so incredible and in a good area, not too much noise.

Lovely little hotel in fantastic location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment quarter. Staff super friendly and helpful. Small, intimate room but perfect for a one night stay.
The bed was super soft and I prefer a firm bed but still comfortable.
