Pros:

Really nice hotel, good size room, we actually stayed on an extra day and we changed room to a slightly smaller room but a little bit more modern.
Staff were friendly. Very close to the beach

Cons:

The reason i gave 9 and not 10 , the night we got there the receptionist sent us on nearly a 10 min walk in the blistering heat for an atm that he put in my phone. But there was one 30 seconds from the hotel in the opposite direction

Spacieux et confortable
Pros:

Carol Tia Hoang et Viet Anh étaient au top réactifs et professionnels. Des qu’un problème arrivait la réaction des équipes pour le résoudre était immédiate. Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur mer.

Loved the stay, excellent staff, nice location- highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

A stone’s throw away to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. Ease of travel to major tourist attractions. Their service - all staff be it reception or room service or the breakfast hall, they were all simply superb. Full marks to them.

Cons:

Almost everything was very good. Being vegan, they didn’t have much choice for us- though their service was excellent- they did empathize with us and tried their very best to get some vegan food.

Very enjoyable still. Love the lobby staff
Pros:

Great location. Excellent staff. Overall, very pleasing

Cons:

Room turn down and make up serve are slow. Housekeepers often left some jobs out when cleaning the room.

Great stay in Da Nang
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, with great facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always available to help throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Nhi and Thu, who were both lovely and always happy to help or give me good recommendations 😊
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if I come back to Da Nang!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great and exactly as I expected.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione perfetta a Da Nang. A pochi passi, oltre al mare, si possono trovare tantissimi sevizi utili come noleggio motorini, ristoranti, supermercati.
Letto comodissimo (abbiamo dormito benissimo), stanza pulitissima e colazione con vasta scelta.
