Fantastic stay with friendly staff, great facilities, and a perfect location.
Pros:

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Nhi and Thu Nguyen they both went out of their way to make our stay amazing .

Close to the beach, breakfast was brilliant for Europeans, gym small but had everything you need, swimming pool has great views

Could do with one more fan in the gym room (in the open space) apart from that I can’t think of anything the staff went beyond for us!

Beautiful beach just across the street, spacious room, clean, comfortable bed
Pros:

We stayed at 18th floor with an ocean view. Though there's no balcony, we relaxed at the indoor couch, stayed cool, watched the streets people and the ocean activities through the big glass window, loved it! The room was bigger than I had imagined, very clean and nice, don't feel dated. The shower/toilet room was big, and it has a window letting the natural light in. The breakfast was similar to many hotels' at this price range in Vietnam, limited selection, minimal meats were provided. I noticed they put the mango out only out side of the peak hours😏. The staff were all very friendly. We especially wanted to say thank you to the security guy on our departure day to the airport. Our booked car didn't show up( not booked through the hotel). The hotel security guy approached us and help us communicate with the operation lady. We almost gave up and were going to call a Grab but the guy was able to talk to the operation lady successfully. He soon got us a car that's not initially assigned for this ride. We didn't have to pay anything extra.

Cons:

The women's toilet door locks at the lobby are barely usable, need a repair or change. It's a shame that the city seems to promote the beach as a clubbing beach at night . The loud music and bass could be heard past midnight. I cannot imagine the noise level to some other hotels that are directly facing the clubhouse. Regardless, the long stretching beachline is beautiful. There are many beach activities and events waiting for you to join in. Surprisingly , the beach is very clean! I think vendors are banned selling at the beach. People are in the water even before sunrise ( locals especially, to avoid the harsh hot sun). There are a lot of restaurants nearby but nearly no other types of shops for shopping.

Centrally located and value for money
Pros:

Warm welcome and a thank you to Caren for going above and beyond to make sure our dietary needs were met - we are Gluten Free. The chef walked us round the buffet breakfast and explained what we could eat which was appreciated.

Cons:

Dated and room overlooked the neighbouring building. Room was clean but the hotel should invest in new towels for the bathroom and pool area.

A comfortable stay with excellent staff service, but the bathroom maintenance issues affected the overall experience.
Pros:

I liked the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The team responded quickly whenever I reported a problem, and they also offered us a small fruit plate as an apology for the waiting time.

Cons:

I faced several maintenance issues in the bathroom. At first, the bathtub drain was stuck closed and would not open properly. After it was repaired, the drain then remained permanently open and could no longer be closed. The shower head also did not work properly. The maintenance team took some time to complete the repairs, and after returning from an outing, I had to wait around 30 minutes before I could use the room comfortably. As this is a four-star hotel, I expected these facilities to be checked and fully functional before check-in.
