Paris Deli Beach is a fantastic friendly hotel directly across from Da Nang Beach
Pros:

Paris Deli Da Nang Beach is a fantastic friendly hotel directly across from Da Nang Beach walking distance to great seafood options with no need for you to use transport. The Staff were friendly and accommodating special thanks to Carol who help us change a flight. Great size rooms cleaned daily. The breakfast had both western and Vietnamese options and was of a high standard. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Great spot for day trips to explore Hoi An, Ba Na Hills and Marble Mountain. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful stay by a beautiful beach
Pros:

The hotel is situated right opposite the best beach suitable for all ages for swimming and water activities
The beach is patrolled and flags mark the safe swimming areas
Toilets are in the area for convenience
We had a beautiful room on the 14th floor which had a direct uninterrupted view of the ocean
The bed and pillows were very comfortable indeed
Buffet breakfast offered many choices for different palates
The large swimming pool looked very inviting but we didn’t swim in it
There is a good selection of restaurants nearby at the beachfront and we liked several of them for dinner

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of the huge glass window in the bathroom next to the bath
It allowed water to collect and not drain away
The funky toilet offered heated seating ( not necessary in the current weather) and bidet and dryer all in one
