Every team member made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness, friendly attitudes, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. The hotel itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and in an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy everything Da Nang has to offer. It was clear that providing exceptional customer service is a priority here, and it showed in every interaction we had. Thank you to the entire staff for making the final days of our Vietnam vacation so relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend Paris Deli Da Nang Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would gladly stay here again on a future trip.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben uns außerdem die große Auswahl beim Frühstück sowie der schöne Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Für den einzigen Kritikpunkt kann das Hotel eigentlich nichts: Einige Gäste verhielten sich leider etwas rücksichtslos, liefen mit nasser Badebekleidung und sandigen Füßen durch die Lobby und in die Aufzüge oder drängelten beim Frühstück, obwohl es nicht voll war.

Gute Lage, gute Zimmer & Betten, Frühstücksbuffet TOP, Personal steht's bemüht

Cons:

Leider für ein so großes Hotel nur 2 Aufzüge. Wir waren im 18.stockwerk und mussten manchmal Minuten lang warten.

Người dân thân thiện, món ăn ngon, bờ biển đẹp, có nhiều địa điểm du lịch trải nghiệm.
Pros:

bữa sáng có nhiều món để lựa chọn, món khá ngon và tươi mới, màu sắc bắt mắt. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, khách sạn gần bãi biển trung tâm, có bể bơi ngoài trời- tuy hơi nhỏ.

Cons:

giá phòng gần 3.5tr 1 đêm- phòng kiểu căn hộ, một phòng ngủ giường đôi tiêu chuẩn, 1 phòng ngủ giường 1m2, phòng không có ban công view biển. Nội thất phòng kiểu cũ, nhà vệ sinh nhỏ, Táp giường có nhiều vết bẩn trắng, đen loang lổ, lốc giường phủ bụi trắng, thiết bị trong phòng ở mức quá bình thường. Nhà bếp bồn rửa bát rất mùi. Tóm lại giá tiền phòng tỉ lệ nghịch với kỳ vọng. Phòng để tắm , ngủ thì ok, còn để trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng thì chưa đạt.

L'équipe etait accueillante et sympathique. Hotel bien situé

Cons:

La chambre vu sur mer ne rendait pas justice à la photo. J'ai été déçu. De plus la vitre donnant sur la plage etait sale et en vrai la plage n'est pas si proche comparé à ce qu'on voit dans la photo.
