Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

While I was checking out, the staff stopped me for one missing table spoon. This was totally not acceptable.

A top stay in Da Nang close to the beach, main town area.
Pros:

Well organized room with a beautiful view of the beach. Breakfast options were delicious. Staff wonderful and location very good.

Cons:

Floor we stayed in had some rude guests we made sure to return the favour early in the morning as we checked out. They were Koreans who have no manners. Coffee could be better as after breakfast I found myself going to a local coffee shop for coffee. Food could be hotter, I know it is a buffet but the heat can be increased.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur durch eine Straße getrennt am traumhaften Strand. Die Drachenbrücke und der Nachtmarkt sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Grab gut zu erreichen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Koffer wurden uns am Taxi abgenommen und zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Minibar, Safe und Fön vorhanden. Im Bad eine Dusche mit ebenerdigem Zugang und heißem Wasser mit viel Druck. Pflegeprodukte kostenlos vorhanden. Der Pool im 22.Stock ist fantastisch. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt. Auflagen für die Liegen und Handtücher vorhanden. Frühstück gibt es in Buffetform mit einer großen Auswahl. Das Personal überall sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Hier kann man nichts verkehrt machen.

Great but can't give perfect score due to some issues
Pros:

Great location, nice views and rooftop bar-restaurant.

Cons:

We had a bit of a bug issue in our first room, but after notifying the hotel staff about it, the issue was resolved quickly by them by giving us a new room. The first room was in general not up to proper cleaning standards.

I love Paris Deli hotel, very clean and the staff was superb specially the front desk special mention to Nguyen, Tinh, Hoai, Este and Dat, they are very helpful and polite they made our stay very relaxing and memorable.

Cons:

Just a little bit the outside music is very loud at night we can hear it from our room 20th floor seaside view.

Nettes Hotel mit Pool am Dach. Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Nah zum Strand, leider konnten wir es aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters nicht genießen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Großes Frühstücksbuffet, alles ist schön beschriftet.

Cons:

Keine Messer beim Frühstücksbuffet. Andere Hotelgäste können sehr laut sein, vor allem wenn sie meinen lieber alles am Gang zu machen, als im eigenen Zimmer. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Die Bar schließt schon um 22:00 - könnte etwas länger offen haben.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner et le surclassement

Cons:

Juste le fait qu’il n’y ai AUCUN équipements et ustensiles dans la cuisine. Même pas une éponge. Donc cuisine Qui finalement n’a aucun intérêt puisqu’on ne peut même pas faire sa propre vaisselle.
