Great location, great staff, amazing customer service
Pros:

We checked in for one night as we were travelling on to our next destination. I told reception we would be leaving before breakfast room opened the next morning as we had an early train. They prepared breakfast bags for us which were delicious, highly recommend this hotel for there service level.

Leuk voor 7 dagen maar daarna wel weer tijd voor iets anders.
Pros:

De kamers waren goed en schoon. De omgeving is prima. Dicht bij het strand en leuke restaurantjes. Leuk klein zwembad op het dak en een kleine gym.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg eentonig en niet echt warm. Wel weer leuk was dat je bij het keukentje kan bestellen. De kopjes voor de koffie zijn veel te klein.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel , l’insonorisation et la proximité des lieux intéressant

Cons:

Tout d’abord le petit déjeuner, je vois de très bonnes notes partout , alors oui si vous comparez avec la baguette beurre confiture de la maison mais pour un 4 étoile ce n’est pas un bon petit déjeuner. La quantité et a peu près là mais tout est froid ( cause Clim à fond) et sans saveur et mal cuisiné. Exemple sur trois jours bacons carbonisé ( cela peut arriver une fois) après piscine sale le personnel ne passe pas ramasser les déchets laissés par des clients mal éduqués ( bouteilles d’eau plastique flottant sur la piscine. Papier et serviettes utilisées non déposées dans panier) .la literie est à revoir et je ne parle pas de la vue dans les chambres.Donc je dirais un hôtel qui ne peut pas se dire 4 étoile ⭐️

Toller Aufenthalt den wir gerne weiterempfehlen

Die Aussicht auf das Meer im 18. Stock war traumhaft . Die Poolanlage und das Gym sehr schön und sauber. Die Zimmer groß und die Toiletten (Japan Style, hat nur die Musik gefehlt) hervorragend.
Wenn man etwas finden will, findet man immer etwas.
Wie mit Problemen umgegangen wird ist das entscheidende.
Fernseher/ Fernbedienung ging nicht, innerhalb 10 Minuten war jemand da und es wurde repariert.
An einem Tag war mittags kein Wasser da. Das dauerte etwas länger, aber nach 3 Stunden behoben. Auch hier war man sofort vor Ort.
Beim Frühstück war bereits um 08:00 das Beef aus. Schwein gab es reichlich jeden Tag, ist aber nicht jedermanns Geschmack.
Ich habe das reklamiert und mir wurde auf Wunsch morgens dann, wenn ich es wollte frisches Beef gemacht. Habe das immer einen Tag vorher bestellt.Super Service

Eine kleine Verbesserung: Ich war mit meiner Frau 14 Tage im Hotel. Wenn wir im 22 Stock an der Poolanlage oder im Restaurant waren hatten wir jedes Mal die gleiche Musik
(Techno oder etwas ähnliches, wie man es auch nennt).
Da wäre etwas Abwechslung sicher angebracht

此次住宿海景房，可以直接看到沙灘，走到沙灘不用3分鐘，地點良好。服務人員親切。
