AVS NOIBAI HOTEL

No hello or welcome when I arrived. I received my room key and went to my room, opened the door and it was an unclean room... I got another room which was OK. Upon checking out, I got no 'bye' or 'thank you' as the receptionist waa too bisy gaming on his laptop!

Far from the city

Only convenience is that it is near the airport. Which is good for transit passengers.

There was Ants in my room. Area around did not much to choose from as far as food. Mosquitos in the patio area. Probably wont stay here again if given the choice.

Large cockroach in room, holes in towel, burned cigarette burns marks in sheets. Overall, place felt dirty. Only positive, less than 5 minutes to the airport.

Dirty, cockroaches in the room and the staff didn’t get reservations correct and had a difficult time checking us in. Don’t stay here.

Close to the airport. Room and bathroom is huge. Very roomy. However, word of warning if you stay with another person. The bathroom door is glass and the curtain is white. It's see through. So others will see while you're doing your business in the bathroom. Our kettle was very moldy. It was gross So be careful when you use anything. It's good for an overnight stay while you wait for your air flight. They also will overcharge you if you use their service for airport transfer. It would be cheaper to go with a taxi or grab but you pay for convenience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We booked this hotel as a quick 1 night stay before flying out of Hanoi. It looked decent in the photos and was a good price. The advertisement on Expedia said it had breakfast and a free airport shuttle!! They do not! The man at the front desk spoke no English. No breakfast option at hotel and no free shuttle! The man at the front desk said (via our phone translator) that he would call us a cab (we would pay) in the morning to take us to the airport. This was annoying but we agreed. We took our key and went up to our room. The room was clean enough but felt like a sauna (very hot and moist). We tried to turn on the A/C to find out that after twenty minutes it only blew hot air. It was broken. We started getting ready for bed only to discover massive cockroaches in the bathroom!! They started flying around and crawling on our bed and luggage. At that point (around 11pm) we packed up and booked a new hotel for the night. I’m warning you. Do not book this hotel. You will end up going elsewhere and wasting your time and money.

A reliable airport layover hotel! You can hear some traffic through the windows, but not too bad. It's clean and reasonably comfortable.

Staff live in the facility. Low shower water pressure and barely no hot water (ran the water over 10mins). Property too far from the city.

The hotel was not at all what we expected. The room and bathroom didn’t feel clean at all. The beds were not comfortable. The staff was fine, but didn’t speak much English.

Room was big, but smelled very bad. Not many food options nearby. Convenient only if you have an early morning flight, as we did.

This hotel is very close to the Hanoi airport, so especially convenient if you're just staying overnight, or on a short trip. Stayed overnight in between flight to Hanoi and flight to Laos, and the hotel very kindly kept spare luggage for us until we returned to Hanoi. Very comfortable beds, nice service.

Free Airport shuttle BUT can’t find the diver so the staff order a taxi should be 35,000 dong when arrived airport the taxi driver ask for 95,000 dong.

For the price and proximity to the airport this hotel is a winner if you just want a hotel to stay at when you are about to catch a flight.
Picked up and dropped off at the airport efficiently. Breakfast was decent, staff friendly and helpful and room was pretty good. Only minor complaint is that the shower had a hundred different attachments that only produced hot water which provided much amusement but might be an issue if you were staying more than one night.

Very basic property, but clean enough and plenty of space in the rooms. Close to the airport and cheap, which were the two things I was looking for when I booked.

Breakfast was pretty good and the transfer to/from the airport was cheap enough, on time and convenient.
