Hotel je pěkný, pokoj prostorný a udržovaný v čistotě. Personál je vstřícný. Lokalita je atraktivní a příjemná.

Cons:

Uvítali bychom širší nabídku snídaňového sortimentu. Z pečiva byly k dispozici pouze rohlíky a veka, což je poměrně omezený výběr. Chybělo také čerstvé ovoce.

Celková spokojnost až nato ze sme boli cez najteplejšie dní a v izbách chýbala klíma.
Pros:

S penziónom ame nadmieru spokojní. Vaše služby sme využili uz viac krát. Jediný nedostatok je ze izby nemajú klímu a v tomto horúcom období sme boli na 2. Poschodí takže v izbách bolo naozaj veľmi horúco. Všetko ostatné bolo super. Aj program a hudba. Ďakujeme.

Lokalita všetko bolo blízko parkovanie čistota príjemná recepčná a aj personál výborný

Dogodna lokalizacja w Rajeckich Teplicach. Wygodny pokój.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dla Spa Afrodyta i parku. Oryginalny budynek ( malowane tynki) z restauracją na parterze. Przestronny pokój z dużą ilością szaf i szafek oraz częścią wypoczynkową. Jedyne minusy pokoju to wysokie drugie piętro bez windy oraz skosy.

Cons:

Kiepski serwis śniadaniowy, zarówno obsługa jak i wybór. Jeśli na śniadaniu było więcej niż 10 osób to zazwyczaj brakowało prawie wszystkiego i uzupełniano po dłuższym czasie. Monotonne, skromne śniadania.
