The free airport shuttle took a while but was a nice gesture. The free breakfast in the morning was also helpful. Basically for $11 it was great, you just can't expect much for that price. Thankful for the AC in the room.
Our room did not have a window. Bugs in the bathroom. Shower was just a shower head above the toilet. Bed sagged in the middle. We were only here for a quick 12 hours over night. Other wise I would not stay here.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They help with the ferry tickets, pick up and drop off from the airport and the bus stations. I felt really taken care of. The rooms are small but very comfortable.
The shared bathroom is not fully working properly.
cheap, clean, near airport, bed was comfy and room was clean. only needed it for one night. staff were lovely, restaurant sells beer. Cutest decorations around the place!
They have free airport shuttles in the morning - if you are unable to catch one, BOOK WITH THE FRONT DESK.
did not know this and didn't organise transport, no Grab or Taxi could come and get us at 7:30/8am (stressful), but the host's mum or friend INCREDIBLY took us in their ute for 200 thb. So grateful as out flight was at 9:30am! Could have been prevented on our end, we didn't realise we needed to pre-book or that there would be limited transport in the morning.

Er was één Engels sprekend en behulpzaam personeelslid.
We hadden een taxi service bij onze accommodatie geboekt. De taxi service kwam ons alleen helaas niet ophalen. Eenmaal daar bleek de communicatie tussen de medewerkers erg slecht te verlopen, hier hadden we meermaals last van. De kamer was zeer primitief. De bedden ontzettend hard, alsof je op de grond lag (dit schijnt normaal te zijn in Thailand, maar resulteerde voor ons in geen slaap en last van lichaam). Ook zat er schimmel op het plafond en was de douche niet schoon.
Wij zouden dit verblijf afraden!
great experience if you are planning to spend a night in Surat as a transfer to the islands
They pick you up at airport and ride you tommorow morning to the Lomprayah or other company office so you can continue your journey , all included in the price witch was more then convinient
I took a private room , It was clean and got me all i expected

« Accueil » par une dame confuse qui ne parlait pas anglais. Aucune information reçue pour le séjour. Chambre qui tombe en ruine. Murs de la salle de bain moisis. Plusieurs objets brisés. Pas d’eau chaude. Literie tachée. Matelas et oreiller atrocement inconfortables. Murs en carton. Boulevard bruyant à l’avant de l’hôtel qui perturbe le sommeil. « Navette aéroport gratuite » seulement si vous la prenez à 7h00 ou à 9h15 - autrement 120 Bhat par personne si votre vol ne concorde pas avec ces heures. Hôtel à éviter à tout prix, sauf si vous voulez être frustrés et épuisés pour votre vol. 💀
Comfortable stay with lovely owners. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us of at the bus stop to the ferry the next morning (after buying our tickets with them).
There is a restaurant in the hotel with a la carte menu. I had one of the best Pad Thai in my life here!
Sheets and towels had stains on them, but were clean and smelled fresh.
It was close to airport
Weve had bedbugs in the room, couldnt sleep, it was awful. Also some hair left after old guests. We had to keep our stuff in bathroom and throw out the clothes afterwards.
