Hôtel au rapport qualité prix qui laisse à désirer
Pros:

- l’emplacement à proximité de la gare de Termini, idéal pour visiter Rome
- l’amabilité du gérant et le fait qu’il soit arrangeant

Cons:

- le rapport qualité prix assez mauvais car la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix
- le fait de changer les serviettes uniquement au bout de 3 nuits effectives / même chose pour les draps pour lesquels nous avons demandé un changement au bout de 4 nuits qui nous a été refusé, un séjour de 7 nuits étant jugé trop court pour demander un changement des draps …
- le fonctionnement comme un gîte et non comme un hôtel / obligation de sonner systématiquement pour qu’on nous ouvre (on ne nous donne pas les clés) donc gênant de devoir dépendre de quelqu’un en permanence (sachant qu’on doit rentrer avant 22h également)
- aucun ménage de fait en 7 jours si ce n’est remettre le lit en place et vider la poubelle
- chambre vétuste (humidité, moisissure, odeur dans les parties communes, pas de chauffage hormis une clim réversible, système de la fenêtre cassé)
- le fait que le lit double soit en fait deux lits simples alors qu’on a demandé avant par message un lit double …
- chambre équipée du strict minimum (gel douche, sèche cheveux et un frigo qu’on peut brancher mais qui fait beaucoup de bruit)

La ubicación excelente a pocas cuadras de Roma Termini, la atención de Luca es muy buena súper amable. Tiene algunas restricciones en cuanto a los horarios, pero está perfectamente aclarado antes de ingresar y para nosotros no fue un problema realmente, súper recomiendo, volvería ❣️

Buen lugar relacion precio calidad
Pros:

La seguridad del lugar y su ubicación. Nos dió seguridad y estaba cerca de metro y etación Termini, lo que nos permitió muy buena conexión con distitos lugares. El deuño muy amable.

Que no servieran desayuno.

Gestori molto gentili e disponibili, posizione ottima (vicino a Stazione Termini, mezzi pubblici, servizi; zona trafficata ma non troppo) a prezzo competitivo. Frigorifero in camera. Edificio storico con bel giardino. Stanza pulita e in ordine, arredamento essenziale, bagno piccolo ma completo.

Cons:

Peccato non sia inclusa la colazione, ma è accettabile dal momento che l'albergo è a 1 stella e che si può rimediare in un bar poco distante. Le zanzare non hanno quasi dato problemi a fine ottobre visto che abbiamo aperto poco le finestre, ma delle zanzariere sarebbero molto utili.
