Avoid unless to enjoy staying in a construction site and constant noise/people directly outside your window.
Cons:

It is a construction site. For 12 hours a day I had on scaffolding directly outside my window looking in. They will spend the day yelling to each other to be able to be heard between scaffolding and tools. They will be using power tools directly on the walls of your hotel room and wake up up from 7:30am scraping and sanding your walls. There will be dirt and dust throughout the common areas of the hotel, and sharp tools will be left lying directly at the top of stairs to enter the hotel.
The reception staff were unable to move me to a quieter room so that I was not directly in the construction area. They also directly lied to me, saying that construction did not happen on weekends but surprise, surprise, guess who was outside my window at 7:30am Saturday regardless.

Their excuse is that they works do not happen overnight when you are sleeping - but as someone who was jet lagged and wanted to rest, it was impossible. There will be constant noise for 12 hours each day straight directly on your hotel room walls.

There was no warning or notice at the time of booking, in the website or in the pre-check in communication. There was no acknowledgement from reception when I checked in. They have marketed themselves as a luxury hotel, yet expect paying customers to have no privacy and no peace for majority of the time they want to spend in their rooms.
I am very unhappy with my experience and the lack of transparency with management. The staff told me that there is nothing they can do to help, and that the manager/owner is aware of the frequent complaints but does not care.
These rooms should have been shut for the duration of the renovations.

Pros:

A notre surprise l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons été déçu par la taille de notre chambre. A part les 2 premières nuits, ensuite nous avons été logés dans une chambre donnant sur la rue (malgré notre demande d'avoir une chambre calme) avec donc du bruit à cause de la circulation. Nous avons eu pas mal de soucis liés à la réservation des taxis pour le retour à l'aéroport.
Le plus ennuyeux fut les travaux en cours. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu de ses nuisances, (poussière, difficultés pour entrer à l'intérieur, parking partiellement bloqué,) et nous avons subi des bruits dans la journée à cause de ces travaux qui nous ont empêché de nous reposer.

Заселились поздно после длительного перелета, чтобы переночевать , но в 8 утра начали что-то ремонтировать. Персонал отрегулировал ужасно «Потерпите. У нас это будет всего лишь неделю. Я бы вас переселила в другой номер, но все занято»
Вы или оставляйте пустыми номера, рядом с которым ремонт, или предупреждайте заранее о ремонте, чтобы те, кто хотят отдохнуть, у вас не останавливались!
