The property is beautiful, conformable and has everything you need. Is close to Paseo de la Reforma and walking distance to restaurants. Safe neighborhood and the staff was very friendly, excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mathias. The front desk staff were wonderful. So helpful and welcoming.. The apartment was perfect for our needs, which included a couple and a friend. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic neighborhood. Central location to other popular neighborhoods in CDMX, but quiet and calm and close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Cable TV had lots of English-speaking channels and internet was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of English channels. I can definitely recommend the Mathias to others and we'll be staying here again the next time we are in CDMX.

There is private elevator to your apt, the pictures don’t give justice to the gorgeous place, we felt very safe. I really enjoyed my 4 nights. Thank you to the staff, Monica, Jorge & Carlos.

This property is well kept and very secure . Walkable to grocery stores and restaurants .

We stayed at the property for 5 days and really loved the experience. All the staff members were welcoming and helpful specially Carlos when our taxi driver didn’t show to take us to the airport, he quickly jumped into action and managed to find us a taxi quickly. Thanks to him, we made the flight safe back home. We will surely recommend this property to friends and family.

This property is beautiful and in a lovely area. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed going to the Walmart around the corner in this cute neighborhood! Monica and Sergio were both AMAZING, kind, and very helpful! They were always there to greet us with such wonderful hospitality. Anything we needed they were happy to assist! The housekeeping does a superb job with great detail. We loved staying here so much, we will be back soon!! Gracias Mathias Stays!!

This was my first time in Mexico City, and I loved staying here! The place was soooo nice and beautiful. They also provided a portable AC unit which really helped at night. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, as it’s close to nearby restaurants/cafes and a park across the street. Thank you for the best stay during my first time in Mexico!

My family (wife, 2 girls and I) stayed at this place during the Houston, Texas school Spring Break 2024. We love this place as it is very conveniently located to all the site seeing locations. The location is also safe; we walked back at night on numerous nights with no issue. The place is clean. Because it is located in a residential location, the neighborhood is very quiet. DiDi or Uber drivers would pick you up/drop off in a jiff. There is a small park nearby where people would walk their dogs all day. Walmart Express is also very nearby, so you can buy water, snacks, fruits, juice, etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming; we love both of them that rotates to work. Ensure though to use any app to translate from English to Spanish. Highly recommend this place and wouldn't mind staying again whenever we go back.
