Amazing staff very helpful. Thank you Amber for helping me at check in. Romeo for assisting with transportation. Your English was particularly good and you were both very polite. You made us feel really welcome.

I would suggest you choose a river view room rather than a mountain view as the building work opposite hinders the view but did not disturb our stay.

We made good use of the outdoor pool. Using it first thing in the morning before breakfast is a good idea as less busy. It’s a cool thing to do when it gets dark too but much busier.

Staff in the bar area were also very helpful with the barman asking our opinion on the drinks he made.

Great fun to hire a ebike just outside the hotel and explore the local villages. The locals all appeared as we drove through waving and saying hello. It was very safe. We found a beautiful waterfall area about 30 minutes from the hotel.

Great place to stay if you want a country hotel, beautiful scenery and efficient staff.

Pros:

I guessed too many travelers during Dragon boat holiday, i took 20 minutes wait to check in while a lady was arguing to change the room with the receptionist.
There was a dead mosquito on the sink in the guest washroom when i checked in. After 2 day room clean, it was still there till i checked out.

Pros:

The hotel is as beautiful as how it's shown through photos. However, it is disappointing to see construction is going on outside the hotel. I was expecting a mountain view from my room but gotten a construction view instead. Please note this when booking for the hotel around this period.
