One must ask the counter to give a room with toilet not smelly bathroom floor not flooded sink not leaking towel not dirty aircond remote control works otherwise it's miserable

The location of the hotel can't be easily Waze or google maps, we are quite lost during the night and the phone number on the web and expedia are not updated. When we arrive there, the staff also was not that friendly when we said that it is hard to find this hotel. Overall, the room is just ok but this place is quite hard to find unless they improve on this.
