The quality of the rooms has decreased over the years.

I’ve been going here whenever I’m in the city.

Cons:

1. The hairdryer wasn’t working and was old
2. The TV couldn’t be turned off so I slept uncomfortably because the screen is on my face.
3. The electric sockets weren’t working. I had to ask for assistance and they gave me a univ socket dahil maluwag na daw.
4. I don’t think that there’s a water station in our floor. So i always had to go from 8th to the lobby to get water.
5. When I was sleeping, I could smell the singaw of the room and ang asim ng amoy. Especially when I turned up the AC to 25 since I got too cold, doon na lumabas yung amoy na mabaho.
6. No slippers in the bathroom.

Quite near from establishments. You can literally walk to Araneta Center and food stalls are very near

Cons:

Limited toiletries and towel I guess. Not a big deal. You have to bring extra, i never asked from the reception but i think it isn’t free
